rdfs:comment
  • Previous: France intervenes The British come to the rescue of their old enemies and newer allies, sending troops to back up Bavarian and French positions. The result is a defeat of the Austrians, though the Prussians hang on. Northern Germany calls for an armistice three months later, on November 12th. The result is that large parts of Northern Germany are annexed to the new Kingdom of Bavaria, and the rest is split between the Kingdom of Saxony and that of Prussia.
