However, these boosts are so great that they cause massive pain for a person. An injection of 2 cc will double the amount of pain a person feels, just by sheer expansion of their senses. For the first couple doses (each one assumed to be 2 cc) the person will only respond to pain by touch. By 6 cc hearing begins to become impaired. A mere raised voice can induce a migraine. At 12 cc it begins to hurt to look, as the amount of light the brain is processing is simply too much for it. After 14 cc there becomes a good chance of becoming blind if the victim is not blindfolded adequately. By now a person would feel more than ten times as much pain. Simply running a finger along their arm would be the equivalent of cutting it open with a scalpel. At 20 cc smell and taste begin to add to the effects, and the amount of pain a person feels is roughly thirty to forty times that of normal. One curious effect of this drug is that it overcharges the human brain, preventing it from shutting down from massive inputs of pain. Normally a human brain would render the person unconscious or even shut down entirely. This compound prevents that entirely, making it a most effective tool of torture.
