The Acting-Guardsman, abbreviated AGDM, is a Precursor Infantry Corps enlisted rank. They are given this rank after two or three months of active service as a Guardsman. Although it has the same pay grade as a Guardsman, it is typically regarded as being much more superior. They are usually promoted to Superior Guardsman after five months of active service.
