The joint leaders (in order of importance) are the President, the Vice-President and the Prime Minister. The Imperial Parliament is headed by the oldest Member of Imperial Parliament; who has the youngest Member of Imperial Parliament for a personal secretary. Meetings for the Imperial Parliament are always the second Thursday of each month from 09:00 to 17:00 according to New Delhi's time zone.
