  • Hayden grew up on Nar Shaddaa from a rich family who owned several nightclubs around the Lower City. The life he knew was one of money, cars, clothes, and of course women, except he never had a mother to teach him the true side of women other than what he saw of them at nightclubs. How they worked to get a quick score and were nothing more than just a piece of meat. His mother died in the streets by thugs who took advantage of her and robbed her of all of her riches. Hayden's father, Mace, could of paid for more policemen to patrol the streets but instead he turned the money into profit as he opened up low-income dens around his nightclubs to attract more business. Not a day went by that Hayden didn't blame his father for his mother's murder, but at the age of twenty, Mace decided to take his business to Coruscant and he left his empire to Hayden to control and thrive. Hayden vowed he would never be like his father, but that was never the case. With millions of credits at his fingertips, investors of all kinds came to his door to plead their case that their money could help him. Hayden didn't believe any of it. Slavers and crime lords, however, proved a more valuable income despite it all being illegal. The slave business came easy for Hayden. He invited women to his clubs, had a few hand picked by paid traffickers, sold them to slavers for profit. It didn't take long before the police in the Lower City to take notice that many citizens and tourists came up missing and their last known location was at his club. Hayden pleaded that he didn't have anything to do with the accusations and saw to it that the "accusers" were dealt with by his own hired thug security given to him by crime lords. He never saw any harm in taking the women and selling them. They put themselves in that situation to meet strangers and to Hayden, that situation could mean profit. Profit for everyone. He began getting into the spice industry and using his own bought women to do his dirty work. They had suitable living standards, remarkable food, and job security but still a few rose up against him and tested his rule. Those who sought to bring him to justice were dealt with by fierce, painful lashings. Women were just ungrateful in his eyes and he even led himself to believe that is why his mother died. Criminal corruption turned his empire upside down until he turned into a crime mogul himself. One rival gang, The Ghosts, who worked as vigilantes saw him as a threat and sent in their men in to capture Hayden. Their leader had a reputation for rarely showing himself but he made an exception on that day. He stood by and watched all of the thugs beat Hayden to a bloody pulp, hoping he would learn his lesson and not only stop slaving, but give all of his money to the less fortunate. Refusing, the Ghosts left him to think about it and gave him one month's time to "cleanse" himself of his money account and repay what he did to the city. Hayden hired a personal trainer to teach him in the ways of hand to hand combat. Master Wutsugi was his name; a ratattaki weaponmaster who vowed to teach Hayden self defense by any means necessary. Hayden learned all that he could from his master and occasionally dressed up in cloak and mask to protect the streets in a different form of justice. The rich man left his empire to become a street hero in black, protecting the weak, and restoring balance in the Lower City, even if it meant that people had to die. The one month had passed and as expected the Ghosts returned to look for Hayden but to them he disappeared from the face of the planet. Several days passed from the moment they looked for him and eventually the hero in black was found. The leader of the Ghosts staged a crime and had his members nab Hayden while he was yet again beaten. That night, he was chained up and his slaves freed to exact their revenge on their own master. He was told by the gang leader that Master Wutsugi was killed in the streets and that even though Hayden tried to protect the city, he couldn't even protect himself or those who cared about him. The Ghosts left the room and Hayden's slaves proceeded to whip him and tear his back apart until he passed out from the pain. The sound of explosions and blaster rifles woke him from his painful slumber and he found that a woman was in front of him, claiming to be with a secret division of soldiers that could offer him a way out only if he agreed to work for them. The secret division was the Nar Shaddaa Urban Tactical Unit (NSUTU or pronounced "neh sue too") and they were led by a head police officer named Richard Humar. Richard was running for police chief of the sector in the Lower City and he needed a way to get leverage over his enemies, so he formed a private sect of soldiers who would kill when he asked them to and steal from whoever they asked him to. Mr. Humar claimed that he changed the lives of those who were in his unit and he could do the same for Hayden unless he wanted to die in the chains, by blaster bolt to the head. He could erase the "name" Hayden once was. He could make the entire scene look like a murder scene and that Hayden escaped and presumed missing or dead to the press. That would mean that all of his money and all of his fame would vanish the same instant he agreed to their deal and if he broke it, he would be murdered as well. Accepting the easy choice, the woman who rescued him unshackled him and helped him see that Richard's way wasn't so bad. Under the watch of his fellow brothers, Hayden excelled quick in his training as a front-line assault soldier and there had been many times where this same woman saved his life from her sniper rifle. The two of them built quite a bond and she brought out the best in him. Upon hearing of a secret plot to free prisoners from jails in exchange for less crimes in the city, Hayden wanted a way out and he wanted his female friend to come with him. They both learned of a drug bust that was happening the following night and the two of them said it would be their last job and then they would split town, but the drug bust was an ambush placed by Richard Humar. Richard's voice echoed over their radios and said that they vowed to never run and since they were planning on exposinig him and NSUTU, they both had to die. Under heavy fire and no sign of reinforcments, Hayden and his companion found the Force within them and unleashed. Hayden threw his blaster rifle down and unsheathed his vibrosword, leaped from behind cover and slaughtered fifteen thugs with surgical precision at the speed of a blur. Once all targets were dead, he was to die as well due to injury, but his friend had a different Force ability. She controlled his pain and slowed the bleeding until medical attention could arrive. The two didn't bother to spend the night in the hospital. It wouldn't of been long before NSUTU was there and ready to claim their lives. The woman said they should skip town and forget all about their powers, but Hayden wanted more. He saw what the Force could do to him so he claimed they should seek out the Sith and become great warriors of the galaxy. Why hide their power when they could better understand it and cope with it? Giving in, the woman agreed to his plan and they both skipped town in hopes of seeing each other again on Munto Codru in three days time. If not, the other was presumed to be dead.Family Mace Warr, Hayden's father is a wealthy man who gave up on his family in Nar Shaddaa to pursue his own dreams on Coruscant. He couldn't of cared less once his wife died. He never loved her anyway and only partially loved his son. To this day, he is rumored to still be living lavishly on Coruscant and will soon be scheduling a banquet for his success.
