  • Now the tricky part is the actual fighting.. Yama has to be beaten in all three places he exists, Limbo, Naraka and Our natural plane of existence. Meaning this fight must take place in three different dimension all starting with his generals, killing them does no good, no sealing them is our best bet. Which Is why I want to touch up with you Kanmi and start looking over this sealing jutsu I started but never finished, its a long hard process but with you touch I think we can break it... Raido took a moment to realize what he said.. and I mean that in the cleanest sense possible, not that I wouldn't want to, but you know business before pleasure an -.. Anyway its called the Gedō Art: Eternal Somnolence of the Arihants, its a seal that well has three keys called Dreamer, Watcher, Sleeper, I've used it before on another power opponent know as Fa'rao, but he was not Yama level, for Yama I need the seal t be virgin tight, not a slip or crack in sight, not to mention only seals I used are the formless imagination I have to teach you. The issue remains that right now if we took on Yama we all would be defeated soundly in all three realms, especially the two he is strongest on. We just need to seal him and separate his will from his body in the Naraka Path and I can make use of it again and summon only his body. As we stand we are a few people short of taking him on so- I heard you are recruiting father, to as I understand it and correct me if I am wrong here but End the nuisance known as Yama am I right. A shapely blond figure strolled into the dro, moving past the darkness of the hallway, coming into light it was Ameko Aoki who hovered amonfg the air not even letting her feet bother with the ground. She turned her attention to her sister on the floor and realized the air around her was no loner infected with darkness. Originally I came here to discuss with you the failings of your promise, but having seen her sleeping peacefully over there rather than suffering it means you did what a father is suppose to do, there is the matter of the Dark Buddha but another time. If you are taking on Yama I want in and dont try and stop me you dont get to pull father rank around here, I am grown. Ameko said gently landing next to her sister. She looked over at Takashi, Ameryuu's son, and Kanmi and Satori, quickly mistaking Eihei for her mother. My my sister, you have aged well, maintaining such beauty and grace, let me be the first to thank you, I wasn't able to get the hang of my sky release till you helped me out, I have full mastery and control to the point I can fly and manipulate the air someone can breath, you told me control it it does not control you and for years I used that to master this Sky Release, s I appreciate you as a big sister. Ameko grabbed Kanmi's hands and brought her in for a hug, this gave her a chance to see Satori. Oh my your daughter has grown and she is huge, time flies and she looks like a younger you, slightly happier I imagine. Yama has caused us wayy to much trouble, to think he took Takashi's parents away and lord knows what he has tried to do with you two.. It pains my soul, but he ends now. Oh and dad Suiren Nakano is just a few minutes up the road, so she will here shortly, not to mention she will be all giddy to see you to see you alive and well. So now about these plans do take down the King of Hel, run it by me once more to know what needs to be done. Kanmi harrumphed. "So you finally decided to return to that seal. Took you long enough." she responded, before sighing heavily. Recalling what details they had originally worked on when forming the foundation. She had knew there were some influences from her clan's origins and the Four Red Yang Formation, but it was designed for the purpose of generating a seal that could be maintained on its own. Self-perpetuating. "We will need our daughter to complete this seal. Her control spans two spectrums in a manner that will allow these three dimensions to be linked. Completing the most critical aspect of the seal. More importantly, it must be anchored in a manner that completely separates him from the Rinnegan. That isolation is essential." Kanmi wondered just how far her daughter could push space-time, perhaps reaching a level that was beyond her understanding. Nevertheless, she began reviewing the various seals within her clan's repertoire, searching for ways to enhance the prowess of the seal. This was something that could not be weakened over a few years. No, this had to withstand millennia of wear and tear if not longer. Thus she studied the components that allowed for these seals to break down, noting they must be avoided at all costs. However, her thoughts were interrupted by a new entry. A blonde that was familiar from all the times she watched their interactions, though she had grown since she last saw her, no longer a child, but a full grown woman. "Ameko." she responded, the word full of warmth and life. Though she laughed as the blonde continued her note of thanks. "I suppose you'll have to save your gratitude for my daughter Eihei then. She's currently occupied but she'll be joining us before you know it." Kanmi said, her smile gentle as she accepted Ameko's hug while her emerald gaze sparkled with amusement. Satori was ecstatic however, her fury forgotten for a little while as she hugged Ameko fiercely. "Aunt Ameko!" she exclaimed, excited to have a new addition to their little group. Though her excitement grew further when she heard that her Aunt Suiren was close by. From her mother's stories, Suiren was the adventurer of the family, and Satori knew she would have quite the tales to tell. Though she knew that wasn't the reason for their gathering, it was something that she very much looked forward to while fully attending to enjoy every moment. "I suppose you will have to fill her in on the details." Kan noted, storing away the knowledge of her stepdaughter's abilities. It appeared that her daughter was a skilled teacher, though she couldn't say that she was surprised. The woman had a strong intuition when it came to others. "Now if she would only learn to apply that to herself." the woman thought as Satori resumed her meal, inspired by her grandfather's eating habits. "Sit down love, there's plenty of space. TK, would you be a dear and pull up an additional chair for your aunt?" Kanmi asked. Eihei pressed the button, a new scenery replaced the old one. Part of her wondered if she would yell herself hoarse after this was all said and done. The scenes that awaited her were enough to stoke the flames that lie in her heart. Extraordinarily infuriated as she watched the ghosts of years past return to haunt her. She thundered, the land quaking as she reached forward, watching her sister toyed with by Dark Buddha, dropped into a hellish landscape that broke her over and over and over again. She felt her neck instinctively, only to remember that her Cursed Seal was gone. "Weakened.." she snarled, feeling distortions occur as the space-time responded to agitation. Slicing the space between Dark Buddha and Ameya. Muscle memory caused her to snap her space-time like a whip, slicing through the Dark Buddha rendition, splitting into several strands as they all ripped into the man. "Stay. Away. From Her." Eihei snapped, her temper flaring as she bridged the gap between the two. "I will kill you again and again." she sneered, her whip turning into tendrils that dug in, anger growing as she tore into flesh with abandon. Her played with Ameya like she was nothing more than momentary entertainment. "You're going to pay for every second she endured. I have all the time in the world to make you suffer." Ei roared. Oh she would show him that it was time to pay. Now, now I've mastered every other seal and barrir based jutsu you taught me, most of which I thank you your teachings and the sharingan. it was making my own based on the Rinnegan and this Arihant stuff that was the challenge, it worked on Fa'rao because I had Kaname Soga with me to stall for time, but against Yama, well we working with a different monster. This seal has been hard because of the time needed to cast it, it separates Mind, Body and Soul and traps them both into chakra like keys which can be hidden and scattered, but its the removal process that's hard. Not to mention a person of Yama's caliber time is something we will be short supply of. So Eihei's time abilities might just be needed for this, otherwise well, trapping Yama is gonna be a pipe dream that we wont see come to a reality. I know Eihei is up for it, but can her abilities hold out. The girl's already carried burdens and stretched herself farther than she needs to. You sure its a good idea to put her through something like this? even if it ends Yama once and for all. Raido wasn't sure how Eihei would hold up, in a fight he knew she would be fine, but stretching the confines of time in a foreign dimension, and holding back the King of Hell, where he was the strongest?? that meant all combatants would need to drastically weaken Yama to make this possible. Your Daughter??!!. Ameko swore that was Eihei? Wait but, you were you killed Eihei told me this all the time how did you come back to life?? Ameko was completely confused at how this was possible, unless Yama had something to do with this. Ah This was some trick of Yama's wasn't it? Its got him written all over it. Anyway you are Kanmi, the woman responsible for taming the Dark Slayer, you are wrong I owe you many thanks. You got my father on track, I know more of him than anyone else and let me be the first to say you have no idea how thankful I am for you, I love him dearly, but most times I feel sorry for him and I've tried to do everything I can to help around, but I was too young. What I do know is despite being married to my mother, I noticed he kept your picture close by to him, he was a big softie for you.. but don't let hi hear it that you know it. Ameko whispered, but it was to late. Raido heard taming of the dark Slayer, he went past this to explain the plan while Ameko hugged Satori Holy shit, so all of this was because she basically took you from him he was grooming you all these years and it was undone by one woman? wow I didn't realize the King was such a child crying for having his toy taken from him. But my God Eihei... my sister was suffering inw ays I didn't know, I guessed it, only because the people who help others the most are the ones who need help the most, but I stayed out of it because there was nothing I could do for either of you, but that changes now, espically after the loss of Ameryuu and Ouka. Ameko turned her attention to TK, she knew he was her nephew and her eye was drawn to his hidden left arm which she saw was missing, she shook her head not even wanting to know what Yama was trying to do to him. So we need to fight Yama in three locations, two of which we need your Rinnegan for. I always thought that eye was weird looking but I can't deny it's abilities and power, especially in your hands and his. "She can. I know she can. She has reservoirs of strength that are well beyond my imagination. Eihei's not the type to fail at something. Not when the stakes are high and overachieving is needed." Kanmi responded. Though even she was worried. Eihei was also the type to push herself to the breaking point and beyond, unwilling to allow anything else to inhibit her. Even if it meant dying in the process; as long as her loved ones were safe, she considered it a victory. No matter how hollow it was for those left behind. One for the good of many would be the most accurate description for Eihei's temperament, with the only exception being her child; inverting this one for the good of many mentality to many for the good of one. Eihei was in desperate need of balance, and concern for herself. As nice as it was to live for others, she needed to live for herself. "Yes, because she didn't think that her concerns mattered enough. So she let them eat away at her while maintaining a facade of strength. One that was so convincing that I think she may have fooled herself into believing it." Kanmi stated. The greatest actors weren't those who played a part well but those that became the character, those who immersed themselves in the role. Satori peered up at her aunt. "Welcome to the club. He's a childish prick with tantrum issues." she declared. Already integrating further foul language into her vocabulary. A fact that made her grandmother shake her head wearily. "But yes, my daughter is quite busy now." Kanmi winced as she felt the roaring and thundering ways of her daughter. "And I have a feeling I know what stage she's on. Hopefully, she has the mind to not stay a while. Otherwise, I'll have to bust down several doors again." she continued. Flickering emerald flames played around her visage, hinting at the growing power she possessed. Though she wondered how she could harness this in a seal format, particularly leveraging the Arihant abilities she now possessed to empower a seal she created. Noting that perhaps this missing piece could imbue it with a strength sufficient for immobilizing Yama temporarily, buying the time everyone else needed to complete the job and rid themselves of this malicious, vindictive menace for years to come. It was a sentiment that gave her hope as began crunching numbers, drawing the markings of her Scorch Manipulation in the table, modifying bits and pieces as she went to work in her mind. She played with the idea of emerald flames, her granddaughter watching her grandma's mechanisms and actions with a potent intensity. Not wanting to miss a single detail of the affair. Satori wondered if she could learn how to do these things in the future. Assuming they allowed her to do so. They seemed dead set on her enjoying life and remaining innocent. Eihei's fury peaked again as she relived the anger of her past. Reigning it in proved difficult if not outright impossible, as if someone had cut the invisible leash that she had and replaced it with their own influences. Raging and raging all over. Dark Buddha laughing as she ripped him to shreds. Yama mocking her for falling into his trap and becoming his precious tool, though she was little more than a weapon designed to retrieve his real masterpiece. Her mind pricked at why she was content to play second fiddle if she was strong enough to defeat his best "creation". Though this thought faded as she wiped the sickening disgust off Ameyuri's face, the slap hard enough to turn her head 180 degrees, resulting in an ominous snap as valuable organs and bones were forever altered. A killing blow. Betrayal welled in her heart, fury seized her mind, rage dwelled in her soul. All she did was give, give, and give. Never receiving anything in return. Always helping out others while pretending that she was ok. The strong one, the rock of the family. Why did she have to be that character? Why couldn't she just blow off steam and forget responsibilities? Part of her wanted to stop caring about this idiots, stop caring about the dick headed Hell shit. To stop bending over backwards for these ungrateful wenches. She was more valuable then a simple plaything or a bridge that everyone else could walk over. She contained fury that was also directed at herself, for allowing herself to be used for so long. Well im gonna hold you to that because Me, you and Kanmi are going into Limbo to fight Yama on his own turf, our seals and her time abilities can give us the opening we need. Yama might be more powerful than me with his variety of powers, but he can't outfight me in combat, that much I know well, the problem is the sheer number of souls he can call to his aide to protect him and fight for him to get inbetween us, and remember we are fighting on his domain. I can fight him in Naraka but only via Limbo Shadows, I can't make shadows of others but I can get you close enough to Naraka using limbo to make a difference if w can extend the time there make it the longest 5 mins ever, so the three of us will need to be close. We can't afford a single mistake.. Raido looked down at his hand, he was nearly there another moment or so and the connection to leave this place would be ready, he would be fully powered and ready to roll out. Ameko I will likely need you, TK and Suiren to face him here on this plane. Having Takashi here will make it easier for you all to avoid his attack and you go into his dimension and rest or avoid his nastier attacks. Ameko your sky release will create a massive buffer and difference we need to fight and face him with here, Suiren can provide a powerful enough defense to fight off both his physical and spiritual attacks, I taught you all ho to do all that for this exact battle. Meaning I'll need to teach you as well Kanmi, as a Arihant you Yin power increases as you can do far more with the spirit, where as Sages are more physical. Since you are connected to me now we will need to be in sync. From thoughts to moves made to minimize talking out loud or Ouka reading our thoughts and ruining the plan I have for Yama. Raido had his mind back on Eihei's curse mark and prior anger.. he didn't know where she stood now, but if anything that anger could be used to set the scene to finally play Yama they way played them. You know im in. Takashi was quiet and quick, he had his eye on Raido's rinnegan, the power and confidence he had to take on someone like Yama, meanwhile he was left to and stuck to missing the fight and striking the blow to Yama, he never saw his stealth was weakness but now it betrayed him reminded him of the power he lacked, and he knew exactly who had it. The Rinnegan was power, and his grandfather had it. He remembered Kaguya telling him about the Rinnegan and how he could obtain it. Suddenly the gears began to flow into in his mind. How to acquire what he would need for the long haul. "STOP." someone yelled at her. The volume made that single word deafening, yet only Eihei heard it. Everything else continued unabated, and she was about to follow suit until hearing that same word over again. It snapped her out the vicious red haze that consumed her. She took stock, disappointed with what she saw. Sure the kills were spectacular, the rage incredible, yet she couldn't shake this feeling of sadness. Realizing just how petty this was. A temper tantrum that sounded familiar. Wasn't this very thing done to her family? Not by her hand, but someone else's; she felt the fury rise up once more, the woman inhaling before releasing an earth shattering bellow. This anger would not help things. Not if she wanted to complete the story. "I won't be Yama, I'm better than that. I always have been and I always will be. Throwing a tantrum won't help with anything, not if I plan on making it out of this shit show alive." Eihei stated aloud. So she let the fury go. Let the rage dissipate. Allowed the wrath to dwindle. Ceased to fall prey to acrimony. The process burned, hurting on a fundamental level as if she was peeling herself apart to reach this dormant mass. She crouched, pulling out something from her chest that was not a heart, but beat with an unrelenting fervor. As if taking the motor out of a train, everything else followed. An emptiness followed, a representation of how much space she allowed for soothing hate and burning fury. It became clear to her that the Cursed Mark was only the start of everything. Removing one bad influence did not clear the table for her. There was so much more given the five years she had spent without the seal, with all of those festering feelings magnified by the Cursed Mark. Just because the mark was no more did not mean her negative sentiment had disappeared. That much she realized as she pulled out every last bit, finding further emptiness. Upon finding no more, she promptly banished the physical representation, packaging the weapon and destroying it completely. As one door closed, another opened. Ei stood as gleaming light emitted from the new entrance. The switch already pressed and in her hand, replacing the beating mass she had just removed. Kanmi pondered. "So you will teach me the Arihant craft oh wise one?" she said, her finger pausing as she listened to a further wrinkle in his plans. Kan was not enthused about returning to Yama's domain, having already spent years in his presence as he systematically tortured her through every means possible. Trying to break the woman who broke his plans by happy coincidence. It was clear that her seals would need further honing. The simple seals that the Uzumaki used and even their complex hiden applications were not enough to her. They needed even greater cohesion, even finer quality if they were to trap and hold a vindictive, retribution seeking deity for millennia. So her attention returned to her craft, playing around with certain applications to see which would be more effective. Whatever you need me to do I will gladly step in and handle it as such, I'm the one who needs to be worried here, See dad last we danced with Yama I lost both you and my mother and before you sit there and say I never lost you, I watched you fade away into tiny bits of light, my mother as well. It was not a moment I tend to find myself reliving happy moments about especially where Yama is concerned, the track record with him is 1-5 nearly and your only victory came at the expense of my siblings watch you go out in some blaze of glory. So before you get any thoughts of trying to skip out on me and my siblings again I want you to understand that will not be tolerated.. to make this short, die on me and I will kill you. Ameko made her stance quite clear. s the oldest of his children from his mother Ameko made it hr business to snoop out information on her father, she was afraid of what she heard originally but in time she grew to love her dad and even feel sorry for the joys he never got to experience. He only got to live his life as an adult one who was fighting an endless battle. A situation so bad that he saw this violence as amusement. What? of course not, And I told you I didn't die I simply freed my soul from Yama I became a Siddha as did you mother, the difference being in that I knew how to regain my tangible form because of the training I had. Think of it was I just went on avacation to find myself and then I came back, Raido kidded but noticed that Ameko was not amused, not even remotely.. She was too much like her mother too, even worse Ameko often thought she was the parent and had to look out for him. You damn right I will, it will be interesting to see how well you pay attention as a student since I know how you are a teacher... very hands on might I add. You can expect the same from me as well. You lack the Rinnegan to use the seal, but I lack your skills with seals to make use of this seal to it's highest potential. For us to get around that we will need to be one and the best way for us to connect is spiritual to be in tune with one another. In doing that I can also protect you with my Inner Path since we will be in the heart of his domain. This can be done easily.. are you aware of the term Ninshu? Raido stopped to see if Kanmi had ever heard the word or phrase. Truth be told Yama's influence out of his world was limited so soul protection wasn't as needed as it will be where he, Eihei and kanmi we're going. Eihei would need this more than her mother, of course this ran a risk one Raido wasn't a fan of since such a connection of Ninshu was well.. everything he was not openly known for doing. "Please. I'm far better at paying attention than you were during lessons. Mr. Distracted and full of indecent thoughts," Kanmi retorted before returning to more serious thoughts. "I've heard the name in passing. From what I gleaned it had something to do with the Sage correct? Other than it being the precursor to ninjutsu I couldn't really find anything. In a way it feels like it was carefully expunged from records or purposefully lost to the sands of time. Though like I said, I've heard of Ninshu. I'm assuming it has to do with the connectedness you mentioned earlier?" she added. The woman then recalled the foes they would be facing, particularly individuals like Ouma. In order to overcome her mind abilities and defeat Yama for good, they would need to be completely in sync, avoiding all unnecessary communication for their plans to reach fruition. She sighed heavily as Satori continued munching away, her focus solely on the ramen in front of her. She was hungry after all. Though Satori still found time to worry about her mother, just as Ameko was busy parenting her father. Eihei had been gone for quite a while, and she didn't know how far along her mother was regarding the test, though Tori hoped she would finish soon. "How long till mommy finishes?" the girl asked her grandmother. "I don't know love, these tests can be very short or very long depending on what pitfalls are sent your way or weaknesses you possess. It's something that makes one AGED. Particularly the last few tests," Kanmi responded, hugging her grandchild close. Finding her worry sweet and reminiscent of Eihei during a much simpler time. The woman sighed, causing Satori's worry to shift as she gazed at her grandma. A woman who's responsibility was to now help rid the world of a petty, bastard king. Everything she could have wanted was there. People she didn't know but were immediately familiar with beckoned for her. Many redheads with a few brunettes intermixed. Her sister and brother were present, their golden eyes filled with welcome. The sun shined overhead, as her name was called out. Her mother, alive and well once more, holding a newborn child. Eihei's youngest sibling, whose eyes opened upon hearing her mother call Eihei's name. A belly laugh was heard as she watched the child display the same welcome in a way that she immediately found adorable. However, what was most shocking to her was the individual next to Kanmi: Raido. Maybe it was the absence of hate or disgust. She didn't see a single blonde or silver-haired individual in the growing crowd of people, and she hated the small part of herself that was secretly glad. All of this was hers, no interference from those who proceeded the birth of herself and her two siblings. Just the lovely sea of Uzumaki and other relations as the crowd grew. Five siblings of her own. Three brothers and two sisters. Free of the worries of that had befallen her in a past life. Nothing to weigh her down. "I'm home." she said, her voice choked up as she was tackled by her siblings, a mass of people following as they embraced the one that was lost for so long. Though at last she was found, ready to be held by all of her loved ones. Eihei didn't notice a single blonde in the crowd, wearing a bemused expression with a familiar flippancy intermixed. Perhaps Wondering how long it would take for her grandchild to wake up from this dream. Attention is free so technically none of us have to pay it. And you are right, from what ive learned it was completely removed from history nearly, in favor of the far more offensive Ninjutsu. And yup you hit the nail on the head, to face off against Yama and Ouka we are going to need to be connected on a level to watch each other. IN being connected by spirit we can feel each other's thoughts and if attacked by Ouka we can quickly snap each other out before she locks us in with her telepathy or worse. With Yama our coverage of senses and experience in Dukkha will allow us to see his attack and deflect it.Next time we see Yama we gone run up in his house and kick his ass on his domain, and this time itll be him getting fucked with. Ouka is not much for head on encounters, but trust me getting close is nearly impossible, handling her will be very important, Ameryuu not so much. Though among us all his healing capabilities surpassed even mine. I never used Natural Energy. Raido realized how good of an idea it would have been to become a Sage mode user, imagine healing boosted 3 times it's natural speed. Not to mention had Yama never killed him Ameryuu would have managed to nearly lived forever, but now that life was wasted. Eihei is taking the Arihant tests?!, damn it and here I thought Id be the next one in line to do it, meh oh well she probably would make a better one than me anyway, she's far more grounded and rooted than I ever will be. Ameko said humbly accepting the Arihant business was likely never hers. Ameko qutting? I see you for the first time in years and your acting like the sister I don't know- its OH SHIT DADDY, Suiren's voice sliced through the room as she ran for her father. Suiren while not a child of any means was among the children most enamored by her father. Amazed by his travels. Unknown to Sorahime Raido was her source of maps, travels and stories that he would read to her after dark when she was to be sleeping. Part of the reason why Suiren was gone often was because her father's nomadic ways rubbed off on her and a love for travelling to root. You're alive?!! if only Shiro was here to see this, when did you get back and oh I see the whole squad is here. Suiren looked around and saw Takashi, Ameko, Raido, Eihei( Kanmi) and Satori. Yikes!!! Eihei damn girl you looking good these days, even better than when you did when I first saw you, not sure if you remember but I dyed this bang of my hair red becaue I always thought you had the dopest hair color ever the red is something serious. Suiren grabbed the bang of her hair that was dyed red while the rest of the silver locks hang left out of the conversation. I hear we kicking some ass, and not just any ass, but the ass of that greedy bitch King Yama. About damn time, all I wanna know is how do I get a slice of this action. I've owed him an ass whipping since he took out my step mother. Suiren's hands turned into massive steel gauntlets, her trademark Steel Release: Four Beast Rashōmon Gauntlets, the same weapons to used to render flesh from the bones of her enemies and then do so with a smile and sense of malice, She was the Evolving Defense. Oh hey Satori right? Suiren waved with her massive steel weapons on her arms. Nice to see you again, last I saw you I could hold you in my arms, now you are a big girl, dont tell me you are to kick Yama's ass to are you, ill def make sure you get some licks in. Suiren smiled as if fighting was a simple sunday dinner rather than combat, but she was bubbly, and joyous, but very deadly. If there was anyone that could break Satori out of her funk it was Suiren. Her favorite aunt by far, she hoped that one day she could tag along on the woman's adventures. "AUNTIE SUIREN," the girl whooped jumping over the table and into the Evolving Defense's arms. Kanmi laughed, glad to Satori so ecstatic while finding it hilarious that once again she was mistaken for her daughter. Did they really look that much alike? She would have to look into it at some point when all of this had been taken care of. Nevertheless, Kanmi took it upon herself to dispel. "I must really look like my daughter if everyone keeps confusing me for her. Though I suppose I should be flattered all things considered. The name's Kanmi Uzumaki. Mother of Eihei Uzumaki and grandmother to that little rugrat," she said, smiling again at her grandchild's antics. For Satori, her aunt's bubbly demeanor proved infectious, "Of course, I'm going to tan his hide, especially after what he did to my family. That reminds me, when is Ameya supposed to wake up? She's been sleeping for a long time and at the rate she's going her food will be cold," Satori added, hopping out of Suiren's grasp as she reached her still sleeping aunt. Ready to poke her and mention the new additions to the cohort that was gathered. As well as tell her that she needed to eat something since the girl didn't know the last time Ameya had enjoyed a meal. Kanmi paused while watching Satori go to her sleeping aunt. "But yes, Eihei should be joining us at some point or another. She's currently in the thick of several tests. Most of them should be finished by now, though she still has at least two left. Suiren's right though, it's not like you to give up so easily Ameko. If my daughter and I can do it, then you can as well. You're pretty close to Eihei aren't you?" "So, when are we beginning the Ninshu? Are we waiting for Eihei so it can be done all at once or not? And yes, Ouka is going to be difficult to combat, especially since she avoids close combat and instead makes use of her Yamanaka abilities. Never did like their tool set. Too much cunning involved and far too dangerous for my liking. Especially in the hands of a master they're deadly. Either way, it's something that needs to be accounted for," she noted, continuing to fiddle with seals after finishing her granddaughter's meal. Kan didn't like things going to waste after all. Why were they cold? It didn't make sense to her. As they embraced, Eihei only felt the chills, causing something in the back of her mind to prick as they continued to hold her, blissfully unaware of their frosty temperature. It felt wrong, it felt off yet she was struggling to remember why. A distortion. That something didn't feel quite right irritated her. Who was depriving her family of warmth? They were hers only, no one else was allowed to touch them. "Yet they are unfeeling," Eihei said, beginning to squirm as their holds became tighter. It was then that she spotted the single blonde, her gaze casually flippant and her smile infuriatingly calm. That facial expression felt familiar..."Where have I seen that before?" Eihei thought, before it clicked. Shirokaze, Ameya, even TK when he managed to subvert that frown. But most importantly it was an expression that was made timeless by Raido. While her energy felt like Suiren on a typical day. Yet this woman wasn't Ameyuri nor Ameya. Not even Ameko. She scarcely noticed the bodies melting away as if her awareness was depriving them of sentience. "Who are you?" she asked, only to receive the same frustrating grin from the woman. "It took you a while to wake up little one," she responded before closing the gap. She then pulled Eihei into an embrace that was warm, full of the life that all the others were missing. "My eldest grandchild, you've led quite a busy life haven't you?" the woman said. "Eh?? What do you mean grandchild? I've never met any of my grandparents...." Eihei retorted hotly, not amused by this lady's games. "Ah yes, you were likely be too small to remember. Seeing you and your mother together was a wondrous sight that I won't soon forget. Yet when I beheld you, I knew that you were not just her child, but his as well. Traces of him mixed within your lineage yet he was nowhere to be found. I was both overjoyed to know that he lived and ecstatic to know I have a grandchild. Alas, I couldn't find it in me to approach you two, not wanting to spoil the magnificent picture you made. You've taken quite strongly after your mother I see," the woman continued, caressing Eihei's cheek while gazing into her fierce hazel-green eyes. "A fine woman you've become, with a child of your own now. To think I would be a great-grandmother already...you all make me feel old," she laughed. Even the dodging of her question held that same familiarity. "Are you??" Ei started, receiving another giggle. "Nice of you to join us dear. Yes I am who you think. Why else would I call you my granddaughter Ei-Ei?" the woman responded, before pressing a kiss to Eihei's forehead. "Alas, I cannot keep you child, you have much to do in the coming days, and there's no time like the present to do so. Don't visit me anytime soon ok? As much as I'd love to see you, I'd prefer it to be after that shit-head got what's coming to him." Where her lips brushed began to tingle as Ei felt calmer, more focused than she had been in days, weeks even. "A little gift for my first and favorite grandchild. Now go kick some ass," the woman smiled, stepping away as Eihei tried to form words, only for the woman to disappear, a familiar sight taking her place. Yet she could still feel the warm smile that the woman imparted hanging in the air while her forehead still tingled from the lady's touch. She still felt confusion even after her heart gave a sudden pang. "Aiyuri," the wind whispered before Eihei pressed the button, the sixth stage set for her as she was soon engulfed in madness. GASP!!!!! You Eihei's mother!!?, my god girl you look lovely, tell me what is the secret to aging and looking like a damn goddess because I need info and direction right now. NO seriously your the woman in dads picture he held on two when he gave me my maps and stuff, I asked who you were and I only learned later in meeting Eihei. Yo this is crazy, do yo know how bad ass you have to be to be dead and comeback like you have and then face down Yama?!! This is so exciting wegot people fucking over the laws of life and death just whip his ass. Suiren was dancing around at the prospect of what was to come. No one fucks around with her family. You're like my step mom but super step mom because who else can screw over death like that. Satori your grandmothers a true bad ass, I see where my sister gets it from. Ameya? AMEYA!!!! WAKE THAT ASS UP blondie, we got some ass to kick and you sleeping on the job damn sure ain't getting the job done. Suiren was ready it get the show on the road worst way. Suiren stood over the sleeping Ameya, she looked at Satori and looked back at the food. "Let Auntie Suiren show you how it's done kid", Suiren jumped up quickly and did an elbow drop on her sister hitter her directly in the gut and midsection the impact made Ameya's body buckle upward and spittle fly out her mouth, her glasses also came flying upward as Suiren landed on her screaming DOGPILE!!!!!! Well I see Suiren has that cease the day attitude I always use to have early on, nice to see some spirit from her. Now I think you and I should probably start off first, just so you can get the feel for it because you will need to connect to Eihei yourself as do I. Plus I know for a fact she's gonna say something about me "connecting" to you. There's a joke in there somewhere and Eihei is gonna gonna go for my throat immediately before you. And id rather save the me getting death threats from Yama and his adoring fans. Raido casually joked after Eihei's little comment from earlier when Kanmi was in during her test. "Thanks, I've heard revival is wonderful for the pores," Kanmi teased, making light of how she was brought back, and who brought her back. "I have a ton of payback to deliver to him for ruining my daughter's life and harming my loved ones. So, I figured there's no time like the present to do so." She turned serious as Raido began speaking once more, "Yes, she will have several reservations. A shit ton actually, and she'll probably add a death threat or two for good measure. Though who knows? She may surprise you," the woman added, imagining a scene where Eihei agreed to make it happen and lost all hostility towards her father. Kan then realized that wasn't happening anytime soon, though she supposed that him being alive was a sign that her daughter was taking a turn for the better. Satori beamed with pride. "Of course she is. My mom's a badass too, so it had to come from somewhere. We all know it didn't come from my grandpa, he's too marshmallowy for that stuff. She's the reason why Auntie Ameya can sleep soundly again. Her and TK that is. She also obliterated the person who harmed auntie Ameya and made sure to leave nothing behind," she added, nodding sagely as she watched Suiren go to work on waking up Ameya. As an additional effort, she began poking the sleeping woman vigorously, unrelenting as Suiren landed on Ameya. "I think you put her into a deeper sleep," Tori noted, Ameya not being immediately responsive to her niece's steady poking. Madness on a Tuesday. Hundreds of figures from various shinobi ages besieged her the moment she walked in. The first few fronts were easy. With a crack of her space-time, they disintegrated en masse. However, the issue was when they returned in force. Not panicking, she went through her repertoire of techniques, water dragons ripping into the front-lines as her space-time roared overhead. She flexed each aspect of her dōjutsu, trying to find a weakness within the army that she could exploit. That is, until she saw the one standing overhead. A smile plastered to his face and a cockiness that immediately infuriated her. Releasing a roar that caused even these veteran shinobi of years past to tremble. Never had they experienced such fury. Not they had much time to reminisce as she plowed her way through, focusing her efforts on creating one narrow stream that lead directly to the motherfucker himself. She locked in completely, a one track mind as she felt the opposing forces close in on her. However, she would not be dissuaded, furious as her dragons continued to tear through those closing on her. "YOU'RE MINE." Ei thundered. She then was buried by bodies. Before a burning light emerged, ripping through as she exploded to life. Undaunted as she purged the area of those who dare prevent her from reaching her prey. Never would she admit defeat. Feeling an entity form around her, forged from the very nexus of space-time. "DESTROY THEM ALL." she said, only to hear screams as she watched one of her fellow combatants go down. Kanmi. "PROTECT HER." she snarled, only to feel the tide turning as her indecision brought even greater numbers against her as if they sensed her angst. Eihei surprise me? you got a better chance catching a fish riding a bike while smoking air through a pipe. There's nothing that girl can do to catch me off guard at this point. Raido could feel power welling up inside his body, just about at the tipping point of being full power and it felt like lightning surged through his finger tips, a strength he had taken for granted in the lifetime before became a key to locking all the doors in his life that had been kicked in by the evil known as Yama. Eihei is just gonna have to suck it up for the moment and let us work. Now my lady if I may have this dance with you so we can connect and I take you for this ride and you get a feel for life over here on the wild side.. and this time you see the world and feel it as I do and I you. Raido held his hands out with his palms facing downward, his eyes hid his shades but they bored right into Kanmi's head, laser like focus for the chakra to connect, their spirits and bodies. To understand each other's feelings better communicate from the heart and pray he didn't get burned, her scorch as he knew was a grade hotter than his lava since Lava was not his affinity as Scorch was for her, as an Uchiha, though he denounced the clan;s name many times they represented making the flame hotter. Burn brighter, and here the two would rekindle a flame that stood the test of time, life death and not rebirth. Doing this with Eihei is gonna be interesting, she seems to be the nosy intrusive type and it'l be my luck in connecting in her she goes peaking through my memories in the shared chakra flowing through us both in Ninshu. Not saying that I don't think you wont either, but at least with you it's judgement free, I've had to make some tough calls in life and I always never wanted you to see what I was like before we met, you just knowing where I came form seemed bad enough. However if you wanna peak behind the black curtains, the point of Ninshu is doing just that. It's why I never did it. Good Lord Auntie Suiren and Satori thats no way to do it, if you gonna wake her up there's a real simple way to do this, as a matter of fact it'll be so strong we all may have to clear up on outta here but I promise you she will be up and at em first thing smoking , and I just so happen to know exactly what that something is. Give me two minutes Takashi grinned to himself knowing exactly what he needed to break her from this coma. Kanmi laughed. "You never know, pigs can fly," she retorted before standing. Walking over before placing her hands over his. "You do realize she'll be able to sense the difference most likely. Hopefully she doesn't go ballistic." Their eyes locked as the connection was established. Memories released en masse. The scenes she watched in the Arihant test were confirmed here. The gore, the murders. A bitter test of survival as he struggled to outlive everyone else involved in Devil's Playground. However, it wasn't just the kills that horrified her, but how they were completed. Seeing spines ripped out and used to kill others, people snapped like twigs, others torn up by bare hands. It both infuriated and terrified her as her flames rose, morphing from flames to a scorching blaze. Yet it did not harm her significant other. She sifted through further memories, watching him grow up in this environment, becoming what Yama wanted him to be. Then abandonment, left in a tube to die. The sizzle of water and against flame made her realize she was crying. Watching the various deaths over and over again. Then he was let go at last, making that pact. The terrible pact that set so much in motion. And then she entered his memories. It was weird seeing her younger self, plucky with brilliant red hair and emerald eyes as she approached what was akin to a beast. Offering an olive branch and working day and night to help him learn numbers and letters. Slowly, she would work on his language skills, his fine motoring skills, and his social abilities. Most importantly she worked to rid him of that attack first mentality. Kanmi blushed as that night happened, the period when Eihei was conceived in a wild romp filled with passion and untamed love. "So that's how it went...." she said, her blush deepening. Eihei continued slashing her way through the mass, having diverted her attention to her fallen mother. Furious as she wouldn't let them have her, could not let them have her. She blew away the remaining souls, picking up her bleeding, weakened mother. "Stay with me." she commanded, yet her voice turned pleading at the end. Unwilling to let her mother die, even as she felt her other allies faltering. Furious as they kept coming. "Why. WHY?" she yelled, as her guardian continued to lay waste to those who dare step closer. She was strong. She raised her family when no else would or could. She led a larger one and held things together even as she could feel herself breaking. Why was she failing now? She was the epitome of self-sufficiency, and put in the work to keep that way. Yet her mother was bleeding out in her arms and she could hear Yama's laughter reverberating once more. She was really hating that sound, as her dōjutsu glowed, her fury turned into something raw as she heard a snap. Hordes taken out as if a giant eraser was activated. Screams of her enemy rose into a chorus as she destroyed them. Her mother holding onto her hand as they locked together, wiping out enemies like clockwork. "You're not alone love. Don't forget that. Allow others to shoulder the burden, you've managed a duty meant for many by yourself for too long. It's takes a greater person to admit they need help. Set your pride aside and allow the ones you love and care for to aid you. Do not set them aside as a parent does a child. Even a good parent will recognize when their child can help them. Just as a matriarch will recognize when her family can be of service in her efforts to make the world safe for them." Kanmi said, coughing, as their synchronization wiped out the opposing forces. Causing Yama's laugh to falter as his army disappeared. "Now tan his ass like your grandmother told you to," she finished. "With pleasure." Ei responded. "LET'S FINISH THIS RYŌ!" The guardian roared to life once more. A blaze of space-time was brought crashing down on Yama as the seal was inked on the bastard deity. A gift from her mother and father as they put the finishing touches on the glowing red entity, composing of a link between Scorch, Rinnegan, and Fūinjutsu, paced with a finishing touch of Eihei's space-time. Erased completely as Eihei fell to her knees, the guardian fading as she saw something else arise. "Fuck." was all she had to say when she saw what it was. The motherfucking switch had made it's return. "Back again?" she said, not hesitating as she slammed her hand on the device. No surprise she went for the memories of his life before her.He was to connect to her truly within ninshu and open to understand Kanmi he would need to share the life and times of the Rebirth man, what he could only feel but never ever put in words. Raido always said he was never proud of those days. Not because of the killing, no someone else's death meant he got food and water and clothes. That didn't phase him, what bothered him was how he lived like this for years to the point that when he was not in a fight he felt as if he dead, life was so still like a canvas mid stroke the picture lost to the painter. The copper smell of blood gone, the adrenaline in his blood gone, the lightning arcing down his spine, the blood flowing as he narrowly dodged and evaded, the sights of the sharingan working out every small detail of movement, sending his mind a beautiful telegram of the move to strike to come, the vision of chakra he saw,the copying of techniques and styles on the fly. The darkness, the rain, the snow the feel of cold on his back. The Devils Playground/King of the Hill where a man stood and defended what was his alone against several opponents, maybe hundreds, he in the middle exposed from all sides, attacks from all sides, the very thought of that ambiance as life came at him so fast, every second was a move planned out, a motion acted and a motive directed. There was no time to breath, pause or call timeout, and yet he at his most active close to death, danced with it under the corpse filled night and held her and and stared into the abyss. His life moments from death was when he felt the most love from life, that his love was returned every night he fought for his gift and earned it, ever time he healed it was a piece of him gone but something gained. Weakness and mistakes cut from his body, failure removed. As he once put it, what started as the devils playground, became his proving grounds. Anything that failed to kill him only made him stronger and every night the fun was to commence. From the age of 4 he fought, was experimented on and early on yea he cried, he showed fear but he also showed a willingness to live. He was to constantly evolve and by the time his enemies uncovered a weakness, he had already made it his strength. That was necessity, that was cause and effect, it was reality. It was where he lived, he felt loved. Where he belonged. Then he felt death for the first time and unlike any fight he could not fight off the cold darkness, the ache in his gut from no food, the feeling of sleep in his head, the pain in his bones as he starved, the sight of his once powerful body not frail and skinny as he was without food and water. Just fluid, and tubes stuffed down his throat to sedate him and empower him. The one enemy he never evolved for was the one who came as a friend, but worked as a spy. Raido suffered everyday for the next 50 years because of it. His crazy life got even crazier, he had been given a power that literally felt like there was a God living under his flesh, in the socket of his eyes. Bred for combat but granted a world altering power he spent it was then he needed help the most. The power in his malnourished body of the Rinnegan was too great, it was breaking him and he would die as he lived.. on the edge of the abyss, staring only this time his eyes were drying and he was seconds from blinking. That;s when the red head came into the picture, Kanmi, she was a breath of fresh air, a scent of jasmine or maybe something else, she was knowledge to his aggression, in her eyes he saw pity, weakness, even sorrow. He was the dark slayer, those words written in her eyes said everything her words didn't as it was lost to his hears how she spoke. Her eyes spelled it out and this they battled, resentment vs love, understanding and passion vs empty. The forces collided and in time he lost his second fight. To a woman carrying on with books and education. a fiery attitude that tamed even the him the child who handed adults their ass, the man who could hunt with his nose and eyes closed, a woman with fire, a green gaze that cooled a red gaze and soothed a concentric cycle of violence he was missing. The shock of being free drove him to PTSD, where was the combat?!!, in what he thought was her hating him he saw as her saving him, from the enemy who threatened to end it all, himself. In time he became something more, a man, with a name, one he made up on the fly but who would question the meaning. It drew interest by hearing it said aloud. Raido X, just in the sound it sparked conversation, it became more than a name, but a shield and sword it gave personality, responsibility integrity maturity and entertainment. He could be whatever he wanted make it all up as he went. Yet he wanted to thank the woman. She was more than a friend, she wore more hats for him then she realized, she was mother, sister, friend, associate enemy and deeper than all lover. He knew they weren't related, he had no family, none who he remembered, much like the scar on his face, no memory of its origin, yet he carried it with him. Then it was lost, she was lost, she had found love and interest else where, and another fight had been lost, years of work all for one moment, wasted and gone, it was death with your eyes open and the pain was beyond flesh as it didn't heal. It wasn't Devils Playground/Prey vs Predator or Hell's ladder or rampage where each time the weakness was cut away. this one took residence, and this began the start of bad decisions and a lifetime living under alias, behind clothes, reputation false ideals, lies and betrayal that lurked in the darkness but posed as his spirit guide. He spent his days slipping through the grasp of the madness of his arihant responsibilities, soul rending punishment and enemies beyond his own plane of existence to get back what he lost, and all he found was what he walked away from, but she took him back. Fighting, combat, that passion of life was back and in doing what he believed was good he found his life.. right where he left it, a the heart of battle. Then pumps of his heart, the gushing and pulsing of veins the sights, smells, the sharingan's perception, the rinnegan's power. A daily high that he would reach the top of and then find peace and crash.. have withdrawals. An Ache so bad he shook himself to sleep waiting for someone to attack him, most time even finding trouble just to get a quickie in, the mission came and it was the opening he needed, a quick fix and hit to find that love from life as he fought for her like she did him, and in the end when the high feel, she was there to embrace him and relax him. The feeling of victory as fresh as the next breath of air, the exhale in the form of a kiss the dead body of his enemy proving e retained.. his life. and someone dying meant he got a meal and water. Love came in the form of many but with a new wife and children he loved them so but the slow vanilla life was mundane but yet he tried to conform and adapt and for a while. Another red head, not what he lost but worth the shot of trying again. Yet the feel of his love was of another was still there the love of combat still waited as he once more pushed her away. Disaster struck and he once again, he lost another fight. The pain once again came that didn't heal like a flesh wound, but he was smarter, he knew what he needed. The days following were marked by murderous feasts where he did as e instructed and wanted. He vanquished his enemies, he took souls, his combat upgraded as did his power and so did the feelings of combat and lust. Despite leaving her again she returned to him and their union was sealed again, she had missed him so. As the feasts and days went on facing opponents of outrageous powers, ideals, designs, both political and irrational the safeguards to separate Raido from the Dark slayer deteriorated faster than he cold decompress, he dressed darker and darker before his own clothes added to the mystique of his own self. His titles becoming added hype daily to the point it became just what he feared it would, a defense mechanism, a shield and sword and his enemies proved close than ever. In the years of his life his most granted peace was thick in the heart of combat but also learning to readjust to society, he walked between man and monster, slayer and dark slayer. The abyss once found his vision only this time it stared into the abyss that marked his shades. The glow of is life hidden behind their quiet mystery, the eye that reflected his heart covered, his cycle gone from sight. His number one enemy living before him all along. At the moment of clarity he realized he was living with his eyes wide shut, and that Yama was the greatest threat of all. 50+ years he lived his enemy before him, festering in his soul as he quietly plotted against him as he did him. The rest of his days were marked as wearing different masks for his family. In the light he was the caring father who seemed to be a legend if you talked to most, a combat lusted maniac who was crazy enough to challenge the king of hell, a master tactician who hid behind his foolishness to deceive people into not thinking to deep of is motives. The Master of misdirection. It was rebirth, from the cage of life he lived in with his eyes closed to the reality before him. He knew one day eventually he would free his soul and pay Yama back in full, he would encounter the right situation and time to finally free himself so that he could free his family. He however had a long way to go that day. He still had children to lose to that King, he still had a wife to once again lose only because he took her away to save her, a daughter to hate him for reason lost to him a daughter in law to lose. a daughter to be brain dead, betrayed by a false him, weakness cut away for the sake of becoming what he needed to be. Embodying Raido X. A son and daughter that would be turned against him. The fight with Yama left him bloodied but unbowed, the loses stacked but he knew victory was around the corner, he knew he had a long way to go before that day. The living nightmare and cycle would cease and he would be free and then his family, however if that day was to make it to tomorrow He would have miles to go before he slept....... "Oh." was all that Kanmi could manage. The sheer amount of details thrown at her through the connection defied words. For a woman of education she could not put into words what she was experiencing. The information shared was difficult to quantify, yet each piece was vital to understanding the narrative that was Raido. It was the only way to fully grasp the complexities of his existence. To see what he had gained, what he had lost, the long odds that he played for so long against an entity that had masqueraded as his friend and partner. Only to reveal himself as the true enemy that had torn apart his life. The one who had vanquished his first love and eliminated his second. Who had torn asunder Eihei's life and played the game to turn any love she had for an absentee father into a suffocating hatred. He toyed with them all, he wrecked their lives because he was denied his prize. Because she denied him his prize by taking Raido under her wing. By patiently peeling away at the layers he had built in such a primitive environment. She then built him up, giving him all the tools necessary to forge his own path. Unwittingly putting him on the path to realizing just how long he had played the fool. A beacon of fiery light in his darkness. Snatched away by carefully manufactured events and before being cruelly killed off. Leaving him bereft as he tried to carry on as best as he good, leaving a children of lovers and children before finally settling down. Only for a daughter to arrive on the scene. Older than all of the others, possessing the same brilliant red hair that had captivated him before. Yet her dark green eyes were narrowed with barely concealed hate, an unending fury as two younger golden eyed siblings trailed her. The others weren't his, but she was. Yet every time he reached out, she would gently brush him away, her acting skills improving rapidly to the point of persuading everyone that she was seamlessly integrated into the household. After all, she was harrying her younger siblings, training with Suiren, and helping Ameko grasp the fundamental properties of kekkei tōta. Yet a single moment of observation by a woman in the lands above revealed a simmering acrimony as Eihei watched their blissful ignorance continue. She warred between killing them and leaving, deciding whether or not Aka and Shinrai should stay or leave. The two left on their own, becoming shinobi of Eigakure, her younger sister eventually reaching the mantle of Eikage. Yet Eihei remained alone despite her outward appearance, externally loving and internally hating. The tension between the two grating on her fragile psyche as she searched for genuine love, a task complicated by the mark on her neck: the Cursed Seal. Eihei let out a shaky sigh, not sure what to expect from this round. Having to hold dying members of her family did not no favors for her psyche. Yet it appeared to be the most effective method for her to realize her mistakes. To leave the destructive path she walked, the world falling apart around her as she dove into the madness headfirst. "So easily deceived. Capable of deluding even herself when it came to matters of terrible importance. Do you hate your family? Or do you love them? Have you served with ambivalence or with great passion? No one seems to know, least of all yourself. You hated them for all they possessed and everything you lacked. Yet you willingly helped them when they needed it most. You smiled in their faces during the day while fantasizing about their murders at night. Was it Aka and Shinrai who dissuaded you? The ones you had already sacrificed so much for that you were willing to sacrifice a little more if it ensured their happiness. Even if it meant driving yourself insane with maddening wrath and crippling hatred. You bounced between death and life, burgeoning powers awakening in response to your potent emotions. You couldn't decide so they built themselves around your indecision. A game if you will. Yet even your powerful fury was misplaced, a deception as Yama drove you towards the all-consuming desire to eliminate your father. Yes, not Raido, your father. As much as it pains you to call him that word because you feel he left you to the winds despite him having no way of ascertaining your existence. Yet you roar back that didn't he know about Kanmi moving on and having kids? I'm pretty sure he said that he assumed you were one of the brood, unable to read the signs that Kanmi was pregnant when he first left. Pregnant with you." the voice was calculating, yet mildly amused by the web that Eihei had spun around herself. Neither of us lived the best of lives and neither of us signed on for us to become fodder to what was a undercover madman biding his time to take the world. What we did sign up fo whether we knew it or not was to be parents and bring a child in this world and its our job to make that world a better place for her children to have children and so on, You my story mind and heart as I know yours. You know what must be done, nothing ventured nothing gained, we have a dimension to cross, a road to hell and a King to Kick in the face off that throne, in his home, in hell. Raido channeled his chakra forward from his body, the power of his sharingan, rinnegan, amazing physical energy and Six Paths power flowing forward and being connected to Kanmi, washing over her, she felt his pain but in all of it there was blessings that came with it. He was to connect her to his spirit the triumph came with the pain as it would him in turn. Their feelings would be a two way street and they would understand better how each other felt even from the first time they met to where they stood now. A future without transgressions of the past to dirty it. A life without some guardian trying to lay claim to people like tools of war. You know if I didn't know any better id think You two were actually doing more than connecting over there, I do not need you dojutsu to feel and see the chakra and emotions going on over there. Dad from what I've managed to put together you better not let Eihei see you "reconnecting" with Kanmi like that, I didn't come here to see you get thrashed I came to see it happen to Yama, who by the way I ower for what he did to my brother and twin sister. Ameko watched the two use "Ninshu" as Raido put it but quickly realized there was something else going on over there. There love was interrupted after all and they never actually broke up least not in the meaning of it. Alright stand back ladies, class is in session get your notebooks out and take notes because I only wanna do this trick once. Takashi reached within his belt and grabbed out a Chilli Pepper Bomb . Now for this you all might wanna stand back, at least past where the two lovebirds are because not only does this thing have some kick to it, but its got a bad ass range. Takashi launched the pepper bomb near Ameya and it went off with a loud but gentle poompf a orange like mist covered the small area around Ameya who was nearly up immediately gasping for air, her eyes teared up and she was fanning her arms around back and forth trying to see and open her eyes and breath. Kaf,kaffkafkafk, What the hell kaough, who did this, I-I cant see, when I open my eyes I swear the first person I see reponsible im blowing a hole in their ass and their head and- holy. Ameya finally opened her eyes, she saw Raido, her father, not the dark buddha guy who tricked her, but her actually father, he seemed to be holding hands with Eihei, there was a small child to her left and a large dark skin man with face markings standing near her as well, between the two for someone reason he resembled Ameryuu and she instantly wanted to blast a hole in his face she got the feeling he threw this whatever at her. Behind her was.. her?!! no wait that was her twin sister Ameko, what was she doing here. Hey what are you doing in my apartment and village? I didn't know everyone was visiting I would have had my people prepare a feast or something. Ameya was looking around realizing either her village got smaller or she was back in that shrine the one place she hated being at once Raido was gone. Satori coughed, having peered closer instead of stepping back as TK suggested. Sure enough, the Chili Pepper Bomb did it's job, waking Ameya from her coma instantly. She could already see Ameya's temper, particularly when it came to having an unpleasant thing thrown in your face. "He did it," Tori said, pointing at TK while confirming Ameya's suspicions. "I was trying to wake you Auntie Ameya and so was Auntie Suiren. Neither of us were effective so he threw a.....what is that thing you threw? I've never seen it before," she asked at the end. It was then she realized that Ameya would have no idea who she was. "Oh, my name is Satori Uzumaki, Eihei's my mom and Kanmi's my grandma. I would introduce you to them but they're both busy right now." She gestured at the aforementioned lovebirds named Raido and Kanmi. Being the observant child she was and already having heard several mistakes regarding Eihei and Kanmi, she could tell Ameya was about to do the same. "No, that is not my mom. That is Kanmi, my grandmother. You're the third person today to think she is my mommy. Do they really look that much alike? Also, we aren't in your apartment or village, but will you show me what they look like sometime?" Regardless of her many questions, the girl reached to help her aunt up from the floor. Kanmi nodded, acknowledging Ameko's words and sentiment. She knew that they had never really stopped loving each other. The fact that Raido kept a picture of her on him all of the years following her death confirmed what she knew. She remembered Eihei's angry outbursts, yelling at Raido that Kan had never truly given up on him, that she saw the wistfulness in her mother's gaze, that everyone in her household did. Her fury at why Raido stood up her mom. Did he expect her to wait for years on end? To hold out in the hope of his eventual return? Nevertheless, they were here now. Their time together was only beginning. No bitch-ass deity was getting in the way of their love. Now if they could only bring Eihei to the same conclusion. "We have a journey to finish. The road is long and we've covered quite a bit, but there is still a key piece left to finish. A coup d'etat must commence and we must reclaim what is ours and make this world safe for our children, their children, and so on and so forth. We signed up to be parents and the time has come for us to start being them." Kanmi said. She winced when the transfer occurred, the magnitude of his pain and suffering grating to one who had never experience such physical devastation. Yet, the emotional and mental pain she empathized with; it was something she felt on a regular basis when she was their daughter struggle for so long. The feelings of failing her as a mother, as a role model, as a friend. She would make certain that such sentiments ended here. Her own convictions crossing over to Raido on the two way street they established. Steadied and confirmed by a flaming love that had never truly died. It was time that they put the petal to the metal and show this shitface what happens when you mess with them. On their own they had thwarted him, but together they were about to put him to bed. Permanently. Eihei didn't like where this conversation was going. "Am I not allowed to feel ambivalent? I put up with a lot of bullshit and maybe I'm done. Maybe I'm tired and want to ride off into the sunset while never returning. This family was held together by me for decades, now that other authorities have returned, I'm free to do as I wish. Which means I can just sail away to some corner of the world and sleep." she snapped. A snicker came as the immediate response. "But will you do that dear? No, you either hate your family or love your family. Sometimes you to love to hate them and hate to love them. However, you're not the abandoning type. Why else have you clung to your daughter so tightly? Why else did you stay on with Root against your better judgment? You will always remain by their side as long as your family needs you. Whether you want to admit or not, you are strong and formidable like your mother, and loving like your grandmother. Yet you share their same hate of weakness. Unable to admit when you're hurting, sad, lonely. When you feel it's you against the world, not a soul in your corner. You hate them because you hate their comfort. You see that as weakness because you are unable to admit that pieces of you are broken, fractured from years of Root, of leading as a child, from Cursed Seal tampering, from perceived betrayals. When will you admit this? Stop deluding yourself child." it continued. Eihei sighing heavily as she felt that she was in a lecture, her sentiments generating the academy hall from her childhood, the disembodied voice achieving a form. "Stop holding it in. Tell yourself the truth, and share it with the others.." The Connection of chakra and spirit was intense having never actually done but knowing how it worked Raido was swarmed with heat greater than his own. The flames raged into him but was more flames of passion and connection than rage and pain. The pain was there and it was from Kanmi's side and he too became a spectator of her life, both before ans after him. Completely different from what Yama showcased to him back when he made himself scarce , just more fuel for the pyre at Yama's burial site. Any questions he had regarding Kanmi's feelings were answered in this demonstration of reconnecting, and not just in the physical manner that bears forth a child. But a union of two souls, two people fed up with being tools of another. Everything to gain and everything to lose, Id say the cost of failure but the benefits of success are worth it. Raido now lived with a better understanding of Kanmi, mind, body and soul. She never pitied him going back his reason for leaving her behind was stupid, but moving forward with no regrets. How would it be to be free of the cycle of Yama he was forced to live with for years, a burden to his family, a life of combat and living on edge, but finally finding a peace that was the end all be all. Now about that seal, since we are connected im going to share with you the senses to me, the power that flows and in such combining you intellect of seals, we are going to do a test run of the link. It is said the Rinnegan grants overwhelming ocular power most bodies aren't even capable of sustaining it, but you are Uzumaki and strong I think there is no more suited to share this with. I will be the fan to you flames to make it burn brighter and hotter. I heal so even if it burns it will never make me sweat, so lets make it happen. Raido slowly and gently peeled back the barrier of power he placed over the Rinnegan and let it flow forward more and more into Kanmi connected to see and feel his power as he did, memories in the form of chakra connected visually and physically. How can we do this. Oh I don't know whats going on over thee but let me be the first to say this shit feels pretty intense, I can feel chakra skyrocketing in here. Whats going on over there. Suiren pointed at Kanmi and Raido they were still holding hands but chakra and power radiated off them both, heat and Six Paths chakra power twisting around the room. Rough Gruff exterior Eihei actually softened up and laid down with a man? and actually had a child. My God how long have I been under like this? This can't be my right reality. That red head over there certainly dont look like any grandmother ive ever seen, she beautiful. None of that nasty looking wrinkled skin or crows feet, she looks like a babe to me. Ameya said getting up. Matter fact she looks like that chick I saw in dads wallet a few years ago, Kanmi right, yea that's her. I thought she was dead?? yea see shit is all wrong here. AND YOU, what did you hit me with, thats some shit my kid brother would do and if you did it I swear you barking up the wrong tree like him, but I am the prank queen. Try that shit again and ill show you how to really wake someone up to the point they sleep with one eye open. Ameya said looking around. Matter fact where is that knuckle head anyway and Ayumu and Amerai? I don't see either of them here or tht lazy bastard Shiro. It's a pepper bomb and careful im not the kind of guy yo threaten with a good time see, I happen to be a bit of a master of pranks myself. Takasi said before he got quiet. Ameryuu is my father and he like his wife are both dead, Yama killed them both before he went after you and messed with you head. Eihei found you like this and kept you here to help you in the mean time. Don't worry about it, i've made my peace with it and I- we plan to make Yama pay for every single action he is taken against us. Takashi's vision focused on the made peace part, he lied clearly he only made peace for the sake of the situation. He only stayed around to hear the plan, because once it was done he was going for his arm and then he would step to Kaguya at his secret hideout, he and her had something to discuss. "My mom is not rough and gruff," Satori contested hotly,"she had a shitty life for a long while and had to put up with it. Make do if you will. This is the right reality. Cousin's right when he said Yama messed with your head. Your soul was fucked up like something terrible. It looked nasty," The girl didn't reveal how she knew that Ameya's mind and soul had been in such piss-poor shape, instead moving on to another comment her Aunt Ameya. "Well the reason why she looks like a babe is because she is one. She's a Uzumaki who probably still look good had she been alive all of this time. Anywho, she was just revived by Yama as a way to fuck with my mommy. Which is not cool. Not cool at all," Tori continued. It was truly unique hearing a child use such expletives casually, but it came as a result of the company she kept, namely most of her family who lacked a filter regarding vulgar language. "Don't lie TK, it's bad for your health," she added, having caught his hesitation. Eihei paused her seething, deciding to think on what the voice had said. Her eyebrow working as she came to a rather important realization. "I don't really hate them do I?" she asked. Receiving a grin as the voice (now embodied) nodded. "No, you don't. Your natural instincts as a protector causes you to take all of your younger siblings under your wing. No matter how old they are," it responded. "Then....it's for all they had and all I lacked? That feels so petty and shallow though," Ei said, finding the idea uncomfortable. Material wealth, a large home and rolling expanses. A family in the fullest sense of the term. They had everything that she, Aka and Shinrai did not. "Is it really that? The affection of a father, a steady two parent household, a horde of siblings to play with, poke, prod, and spoil? Those are the little things dear, too often overlooked and taken for granted. And you were furious because that's what it could have been for you. What should have been for you had a deity not seen fit to destroy it.You believed these people didn't appreciate what they had, what you desperately wanted. What you would kill for in your fractured state of mind. Too long you played along to his schemes, the vindictive, retribution seeking King of Hell guiding your hate like a beacon. Allowing it to be misplaced as forced upon people, when you were too angry, too burdened to see the true source. Now go, there's a world of people waiting for you." The voice dissipated, a joyous laugh as the last switch locked into place. Without hesitation her hand pressed the button. The doors opening as her grandmother's gift activated. A old form with new meaning, freed of its terrible past. Red became silver, growing longer as it flowed on the wind. Blades of spun of space and time coalesced into a solid form, emerging from her forearms. Crimson armor encased her form with clothing used to be. Her royal purple gaze became a brilliant fuchsia, altering into a pattern that mimicked her grandmother's gaze. The blades continued to lengthen until reaching a level that was just beyond the previous length. The armor continued to solidify as she stepped out into the open once more. Her gaze flicking across all present, as well as the new addition that had been added since her absence. She was a Queen dressed for war. Prepared to crusade against those who threatened her loved ones and her kingdom. Satori immediately felt a new presence within the space, one that was intimately familiar yet different. She didn't question how she could tell this, the instinct feeling natural and intimately part of her. The girl turned from her discussion with those present as the powerful chakra rolled across the space. "Mommy." she breathed, turning to face the figure. Regal, powerful, every inch the warrior and crusader. Otherworldly features and deadly edges. Within seconds she was on the move, a full-tilt sprint bringing her towards the figure as fast as her little legs could carry her before she leapt into the woman's waiting arms. The ready smile and tight embrace confirming what Tori already knew. "Is this a new power-up?" she asked. "Yes love, it was gifted to me by someone who has been watching over us for quite a while. I am her favorite after all. Though I suppose you are a close second as my daughter and her descendant," Ei said, placing the same forehead kiss on her daughter's head. Despite her warlike appearance, there was a relaxedness about Eihei. No longer as tightly coiled as she had been in the past. Yet more focused because of it. "Do you plan on holding hands forever? Surely you have more important things to do," she said, addressing Raido and Kanmi. While not carrying the barely veiled malevolence of yesteryear, her comment still packed bite. Kanmi gritted her teeth as their connection kicked up a notch, the woman feeling a strain as a new chakra entered the fold within her system. No longer just sharing memories and flames, but now the strength of a dōjutsu thought legendary and assumed lost to time. Yet here she was. She could feel the vitality her clan laid claim to fighting the pain of this new addition. Her Scorch Release responded to the woman's stress, riding higher as a coping mechanism. An outlet for this foreign energy that racked her body. Yet brought with it was an intimate understanding. A recognition of just how powerful those eyes were. Why they were coveted by many with a fervor that outstripped even the vaunted Sharingan and Byakugan. And she understood. Just like Raido had severed his own connection with Yama, so must the connection between Yama and the Rinnegan be severed. A seal that would invert a connection that had been held for centuries if not longer. Her holy flames the key to the seal that was incomplete. No longer the ordinary flames classified as ninjutsu. They were Yamāntaka, the conqueror. They would burn the bridge that was built. Raze and cleanse the impurity that allowed Yama to subsist. Forged from a world beyond, they would be harnessed within Raido's seal and empowered by a Scorch Release that lost its earthly tethers. Disintegrated. Naraka and Yama would be separated, permanently. This information fed itself through the union. An intimate knowledge that buried itself deep within both. Good that's what I like to hear. Now for the jutsu. As the two were connected Raido for the moment lost touch with the outside, he was away in a quiet space between himself and Kanmi, the place where their chakra connected. The idea of the seal is that it separated Mind, Body and Soul, it removes all from the physical body disconnecting it from the sense of self and scatters them in the form of keys as I said. Raido showed cased her the memory of the first and last time he made use of the seal. His fight against Farao, alongside Kaname Soga, Kaname fighting the battle while Raido prepared the seal. The steps and process of his hands lighting up as well as his forehear to which the symbol for mind body and soul appeared he fired off the tree symbols each that slammed into the now weakened opponent who had enough fight to nearly break free, showcasing the flaws Raido still had in the seal as it tried to remove all three from him. To remove all three facets from a person of great power is a task and if they can fight and move at all chances are they can break it, Separated Yama's will and spirit from his body gives me the chance to not only beat him but return him into the wsy he was suppose to be an obedient summon of the Rinnegan much like the others. How can we fix this to avoid him breaking free because once he catches it I doubt he's gonna chill and let us start from scratch. Raido was so deep into trying to fix the seal he didn't pay attention to th world outside of their spae or that Eihei was watching him... "connect" with her mother. Oh shit. Takashi looked over at Eihei who was done not only did she look brand new, she was looking dead at Raido and Kanmi, now on one hand he wanted to warn his grandfather and quickly snap him too, but on the other hand.. You know gramps you gotta be your own rescus sometime, if I help you now and bail you out the lesson won't be learned, you just can't just try to reconnect with old flames in front of a groan daughter who doesn't approve and think it's okay, why if Eihei heard all the things you wanted to do to her mother sh- Takashi quickly went quiet and watched waiting for the fireworks to explode. And they said my language was bad, sheesh kid, you sound older than you look, meh who am I to judge I hate that slimy SOB myself, what I wanna know is where the hell is the dark buddha Im gonna punch his teeth so far down his throat that he's gonna have to stick a tooth brush right up his ass and brush em. Ameya was furious now she remembered why she was having such hate for a moment. Yama had plenty of teeth as she remembered giving her plenty of ass to kick as well. As much as Eihei wanted to intervene, the raw power she felt coming from both of them stayed her hand. Something was going down, and as much as she found the scene of them holding hands and sharing a very intimate space infuriating, it felt somewhat rude to interrupt what was happening. So she turned her attention elsewhere, deciding to exercise patience for the time being. "What are they doing little one?" she asked Satori. "Connecting. Something about synchronizing before the big battle so they could subvert TK's mom and her mind abilities. That way nothing is exposed. We are walking a very fine line here aren't we?" Tori responded, receiving a small nod from her mother. "We are. But we are going to make it happen one way or another. We will push through. It's the House of X way. Just when it seems like we're backed into a corner, we pull something out of our ass and vanquish our foes. That's just how we do business." she walked over to where her sister was before placing her daughter on the ground. "So you are awake at last sister. How do you feel? I warned your nephew to be careful while we were removing all of the corruption that was left behind by Dark Buddha and Yama, but and we double and triple checked to make sure everything was in working order, but you can never be absolutely sure," Eihei noted. She also grinned before wincing, recalling what she had done, particularly at the end. "I think you'll have to take a raincheck on the Dark Buddha. I met him several hours ago. Or is it several days? I don't know, my system's somewhat out of whack. Either way, when I saw him I kind of went mental, remembering what he did to you and my mom. Takashi can fill you in on what happened image wise. But I kind of eviscerated him. Repeatedly. Tore him several holes and cocooned him in a web of my design. Shredded him over and over again till I was bored. Not sure if I did other things, like I said, I was a bit out of it. Though I do remember erasing him." Eihei added thoughtfully. Kanmi nodded, entering the space where their chakra resided. The bridge that connected them. "We'll need time. When you fought Fa'rao, you had the advantage of a relatively weaker opponent coupled with an powerful ally. I've never met Kaname, but from what I can see, his prowess is notable and quite unique. It allowed you the time necessary to formulate the seal. We've added to the seal's durability, but we still have to account for the time-consuming aspect. That's where Eihei comes in," she paused, torn between planning and her love as a mother. "I don't want to ask her to, but she'll have to create the opening we need, namely creating the lock necessary to allow you to draw out those facets from Yama. I can implement a secondary seal to ease the burden of this task, however the main strain would likely be on her. However, even that might not be enough. We need to find a way of speeding up the process." she noted. Very true if I were to face farao now i wouldn't even need Kaname. Problem is as strong as Farao was he tired out eventually. Yama I dont think we will have that same luxury.. unless we can play on his arrogance and draw the fight out. He loves to run his mouth and hear himself talk and no one knows how to talk to people better than me. Yet if it comes from me he will see what I am doing. Which reminds me Kanmi are you aware of what revelations actually is? The entire point of the reason he wanted me, you got caught up in all this mess so quickly and so that I don't ever think it was clear what Yama was after. I think for this part I need to share with everyone as well so they all know exactly why Yama is targeting them to get any of them to get through to me. Raido said gently shaking Kanmi's hands as he held her, their connection was complete and Raido felt weird to be gushy around Kanmi, the feelings he masked well beyond the dark veil of shades and powers were completely exposed now, the long mystery of Raido X explained to her in full with the connection. Ah yes Eihei lets bring you up to speed. Basically without using all that memory stuff. Attacking Yama here on this plane will do nothing, attacking his host body will not damage him at all. What we need to do is take a lil field trip and visit the man on his home turf of Limbo and Naraka. However in going there we will be facing Yama at Full Power since there he can make use of the full powers of the King of Hell and judge of the after life. Here he is limited but it is there we can do the most damage to him. However fighting on his turf makes it harder for us to die because according to Raido there he can bring back to life every shinobi, legend , family member in history to use against us. Anyone in the pure land or Naraka he can call their souls to fight us. Apparently you, your mother and father are going to fight him in limbo one place he can be damaged, and we will fight him here to remove him. Your father has a plan to fight him in Naraka but only with Limbo shadows since they can last longer there than here. We can't physically go there for reasons made obvious by our friend Ameya, we saw what the Naraka Realm can do to the mind of the living. Oh so we taking the fight to him then, good. Don't sell me out short just yet Sis, if Yama can revive anyone that means he will likely bring back hat fake ass father and let me say this time his ass will be mine. Ameya carefully eyed Raido, in closer looking she felt embarassed she couldn't tell her father from the dark buddha, just the feel of the chakra around them set the tone of the difference but she was happy to see her father again that she dropped her guard.. and she paid for it. As did her baby brother.. At least Amerai and Ayumu were safe and out of harms way. Eihei sighed, dispelling her new form as her eyes and hair returned to their normal coloration while her armor and blades disappeared. "That much I figured. Since he is so limited to the point of relying on others to do his dirty work, any damage is negligible, allowing him to stay safely out of harm's way," Eihei noted. She wasn't surprised that she was heading to that realm. It was going to be hellish and a pain, but for her family she would do it. Which reminded her of something that had been discussed in the final test. Something that she had to tell them because Ei rather that they hear it from her than have it be used in Yama's devices for the sake of divide and conquering. She only hoped they wouldn't despise her afterwards. With a shaky breath, she began. "I have something to tell you. At one point I hated you all out of envy of what you had and I lacked. I'm not sure how much of it was me and how much was the cursed seal or whether the mark just compounded my sentiment, but I loathed you for everything you possessed. A solid roof over your head, two parent household or at least both parents actively involved in your life, few cares and few worries. Siblings to play with and prank and people to dote on you. Then when your mothers first judged me, I felt like a bastard child meant to ruin this little utopia. I couldn't decide if I wanted to live up to the role or leave with Aka and Shinrai in tow," she paused, "At one point I wondered if I should just shred you all and be done with it. It's not like I knew you. Seeing Aka and Shinrai become fast friends with you all and quickly integrate themselves into fold made my stay my hand. I had raised them and I wanted them to be happy and if the lot of you gave them joy then I could do this. Play my role as big sister. So I shoved the acrimony I held into a little corner and locked it there. Focused on family building and such as it was nothing new to me. I don't know the point where I stopped acting and started feeling but it happened eventually. Though that I did a piss-poor job of monitoring those hidden sentiments. They flourished in their confinement chamber, leaking out occasionally, no doubt aided by that bloody Cursed Mark," She remembered how snappish she had been lately, feeling a sense of mental instability and pure lividness. "TK can attest to what it....felt like when it got out of hand. It took those tests to realize how long I allowed them to fester." Eihei unraveled the shawl partly, exposing her neck. And the one thing that was conspicuously absent. "So I cut it out," Eihei stated matter of factly. Knowing they would understand she meant it in the literal sense. Having cut out 1/3 of her neck to rid herself of that menace. One step towards destroying the real one. She still remembered screaming after doing so, and knowing that her mother was liable to burn down the whole establishment after hearing that. Kanmi nodded as they returned to the present. "No one said this was going to be easy. I have a faint understanding of what Revelations could be if everything went according to his schemes. Though further details would help." Still holding her lover's hands (after all that is what they are now), she glanced about, following the patterns of the new additions. Before noticing another powerful presence. Her daughter had returned. Alive and whole once more, engaged in conversation with her siblings. More importantly, Ameya was awake. She blushed, as if finally realizing what her daughter's reaction would be if she saw this. Yet her heart desired to crush her in a bear hug. The woman that was her joy free of what had plagued her. With the time quickly arriving where they would battle what had plagued them all. A silence hit the room with all eyes on Eihei. Well im glad you didn't I dont think I would have ben bale to protect my sibling if you attacked us, but its weird to here that considered you helped and trained with most of us. Like with me, Suiren and Capoeira training stuff, I men everything seemed cool. Ameko said rubbing her chin gently. Well Now if you tried it I could take you much better, but we family, who care what our mothers think. It was never about them. They were only contributors to this House of X business. We the children here are the one who made this thing click. Ameko closed. Yea im with Meko on this one, Sure you had thoughts but you didn't that's good enough for me, plus I really liked Aka that was my girl, shit I miss her now even heard she became a kage. I kind of looked up to you being you were older, you seemed pretty cool and in control at all times. Lets just keep that aggression but throw it at Yama. Ameya dusted herself up before standing up. Meko said it best, we make this family and house and had I seen my mother do that to you I would have stopped her. You did nothing wrong. What everyone else pretty much said no reason to repeat the sentiments, plus you know how I feel I. I had the same issue with Ameyuri for a moment but she loved and accepted us so I don't take it with a grain of salt. Suiren pointed to the lone crimson red bang on her head. I dyed this because I wanted hair like your's you made red look cool and I was stuck with silver. You taught me better defense and now im the evolving Defense. I've stated how I felt about you and that curse mark seeing you get rid of it is fine by me, mans you aren't becoming the monster that I feared you being, nor you inadvertently helping Yama. I say drinks and celebration is in order. Takashi pulled a large sake bottle from underneath his cloak. I've been saving this one for us to celebrate an occasion as a family unit, with those we could grab. Wait, wait before you ll go tossing off gifts and popping bottles you all need to know why your being targeted and what this entire thing is about. SO one more round of show and tell and uh Takashi.. I dont think Satori is allowed to drink so your gonna have to get a more "kid friendly" beverage for her unless Eihei says otherwise. Raido added. Anyway, this has always been about Yama's goal of Revelations.the divine or supernatural disclosure to humans of something relating to human existence or the world. His revelations plan is a world wide event that is basically reincarnation into a new world order. To obtain this Yama intends to kill off every living person and then reincarnate them into his new world. Having watched hidden within the Rinnegan Yama has watched history of humans unfold and he is tired. Watching Kaguya, Black Zets, Madara the wars and other constantly bicker and battle and cease a system of growth or maturity. Yama believes humanity is a lost child needing guidance. That's just what he plans to discipline the child and give them something new. How did we come into this, well im glad you asked. Originally when I was being "groomed" the name Dark Slayer was to be used to do exactly what it was intended, kill. I represented the Physical domain and world. With my powers I could kill hundreds if not thousands at a time quickly and send their souls to him, as you all know everyone I kill or I use to kill when I was connected to Yama goes directly to the Naraka Realm, basically you dont get to go to heaven or the pure world, you can't be revived and you lived in his suffering forever till he needs you. Its bad enogh when you die he judges your soul, but he has lost site of that and instead has begun hoarding them. All of them are at his disposal. IF it wasn't clear, Yama was the Spiritual. The final piece to all this Yama wold grab later, with all these souls revived just bringing them back to new life would simply leave them to their free will and result in a endless cycle of war and peace, war and peace. To break this and advance beyond the cycle Yama needed a powerful mentalist to control the minds of others, get them to focus on one powerful directive and goal. Advancement. Basically enslaving their minds and removing free will from them, only the commands of working unner Yama's new world and simply obeying him as he rebuilds the world and force evolves humans. IF that wasn't clear. Ouka was meant to be his mental avatar. In all. We represented the three avatars of the Existence. Me the physical to murder all to send the souls to Yama who could revive them all and in rebirth and reincarnation sent to Ouka who would mind wipe them all and control them with that single directive... Forcibly unifying the world by killing every living man woman and child and then reviving them. Their sins washed away, their minds and former personalities wiped clean and reborn. A hive society with Yama was the King and the world his throne, his plans after that I don't know, but I know this was his revelations step. Eihei, this is why he wanted you to kill me so badly so that he could get my less than known jutsu to wipe out entire countries at a time, him using my body as his new host and full access to it due to my connection to Naraka and Limbo. You killing the others would have just made it easier for him to target you. From what ive gleamed he didn't intend to kill you, but he intended to feed you to preta's known as Jikininki. Once your soul is consumed by the Jikininki you will also suffer in it's fate and become a preta, attempting to quell your supernatural insatiable appetite with no avail. You would lose their physical form in the normal world and become invisible to the physical plane, trapped in Limbo unable to make contact with the world, yet live besides us all daily but unable to touch us for feed. He would strip you of your clothes and make you walk naked, forced to suffer and wonder endlessly among us as that hunger would rend your flesh form bones but you could never die of starvation and he would feed you bit and pieces of Satori to tempt and tease your appetite. Raido was quite calm revealing this to Eihei who he knew Yama doted on the msot and for reasons, beneath the surface Raido was fuming, but he knew those miles to go to sleep were just a few moments away, anger was unproductive. There complete sound of his plans for Eihei made Takashi shake with anger and the room grow cold and silent as the maddness of the King would be put on display in such a manner. None of you should be surprised, this is the King of Hell we're dealing with here.. and this is him showing mercy in his eyes. Raido stood unmoved by the words he learned of Yama, Now for the teams. Anyone wanna say anything in regards to how we feel about Yama's plans? Perhaps Raido was better at concealing his sentiments on the matter. However, when Kanmi heard of Yama's plans for Eihei, she was livid. Green flames teeming across her frame as she subconsciously looked for an outlet. Beyond furious yet not surprised since it was the same, maniacal game he loved to play. Why would he stop now? His arrogance knew no bounds. Though for her, the idea of feeding a Limbo trapped Eihei bits and pieces of her own daughter was a new low. It filled her with a rage that only a mother could know. "Only that this must be done. He must be stopped. He shall be stopped. We're the people to do it so let's make this happen." Kanmi said. Dialing back her fury as she concentrated on making sure that this seal would work. That they would show Yama the door and slam it in his face. That she would make this world safe for her children, their children, and all the generations that followed. No menacing shit-head was about to ruin what was built; it was time to turn tragedy into triumph. Eihei was surprised by their response. Then again, she was shading the expected reactions with her own experience. She expected and anticipated bitterness, disappointment, to be turned away. A prophecy fulfilled as she became the outcast that she thought she was for the longest time. Yet there reactions held a compassion that astonished her. Perhaps Root had permeated her mentality even more than she expected. Though Ei was saved from an emotional outburst of gratitude and tears by the timely arrival of Raido and Kanmi. "I see you decided to stop holding hands," she commented dryly, "for a second I thought I would have to play parent and prevent you from reaching the point where you needed a room. Touch her like that again and I will break your hands ok? Or you will be missing your favorite thing. Permanently," Ei's thoughts drifted elsewhere as he went through the plan and mentioned having a "children-friendly" beverage for Satori. Sometimes she forgot that her daughter was a child given her vocabulary and uncanny perception. "That reminds me, where is Satori in all of this? You had my daughter brought here. There's nothing remotely safe about this battle, so why is she here to begin with?" Eihei asked. Satori for her part, snagged the last bit of ramen before trotting back, handing it to her mother after taking some for herself. Now that she thought about it, the girl had the same question. "Why am I here? I'm not a fighter nor have I been trained in the shinobi arts. Even if I had, what I would have learned would be of little service here given all the things you guys can do. Shouldn't I be somewhere far away from all of this?" Satori noted, her tone questioning as she considered all that was to go down shortly. They would have their hands full on all fronts and wouldn't have time to look after a child. Granted, she could look after herself for the most part, but she knew that the scope of this task meant all variables and uncertainties had to be taken care of or addressed. Raido felt heat rise in his chest and he instantly checked to see where it came from, realizing the connection from Kanmi he realized it was her, He quickly tried to asset a soothing and cooling effect on them both as best he could, he was to make the flame hotter for her but this isn't what he had in mind. Sheesh babe dial it down, there's two of us in here now. Which means you are next Eihei you need to connect to yourself to your mother and I via Ninshu I showed her how and did it with her and now her with you and then you with me. We can fill you in on exactly how we are going to do and of course the memories of our chakra and the power and skills we have. You, Kanmi and I are the one's taking a trip with me to Naraka and Limbo, both places of which I can get you into, but Naraka it will have to be via Limbo shadows so ill need to connect for that as well, otherwise it'll just be a shadow of me. You can break my hands but that would be a waste of time, they will heal by the time you are done, far as cutting the more personal body parts, lets not resort to violence here shall we, after all that is how you got here, wait how come you always come after me and not her? She was holding my hands as I was holding hers why is she blame free here?. Raido joked before getting serious for a moment. Ahem, for you Satori I have a different task for you, your reason for being here was for Eihei to not lose her shit, now that is mostly secured... mostly, I have a different task for you, and it wont be near any danger so no one get crazy and get to thinking id risk my grandchild. Everyone has a role here, played to perfection this execution can be flawless, shold any one of us fail well, lets just not even think about it shall we. Fuck failure. Kanmi dialed it back further. "Fine. But the very idea of that...doing that to our daughter..it's difficult to stay calm when hearing what he wants to do," she sighed heavily before continuing, "but yes, we need to make that connection now. It happens via Ninshu, the precursor to the far more common and modern day ninjutsu. It was designed as a way of understanding and empathizing, of synchronizing everyone so we could cease our petty conflicts. Making its intentions ironically similar to the person we our to face. Minus the robbing of free will of course." she said, remaining very upfront about its intentions. Placing her hands out, she waited for Eihei to take them. "That's because she's my mom and needs support. You on the other hand, left her behind when she clearly made the commitment to you and was willing to fight for you, and had been fighting for you since god knows when. Maybe she's forgiven you for all of that and you two have picked up where you left off. However, mine is still pending. Remember that and tread carefully, otherwise you'll find yourself a little lighter in the morning." Ei retorted. Taking her mother's hands without hesitation. Their gazes locked as Kanmi recalled the establishment of the connection between her and Raido. Just as it was in them, this one was easy to find. Her chakra reaching across the bridge, venturing forth, before colliding with another, who gripped it tightly. Yet warmly. Eihei's, it had lost a great deal of the darkness that haunted it before, no longer tainted by the dastardly Orochimaru filth. However, she could still sense a sadness and a small trace of self-loathing, coupled with the reactive distrust of Raido. Kanmi sighed. At least you aren't trying to kill him any more, just some bodily harm. Plus you've lost most of the curse words and vehement rage when speaking to him. You went from unforgivable to pending forgiveness. That's incredible progress love, she called to her daughter internally as their chakra meshed with each other. Fusing slowly as they both winced. "Well, it's difficult, I despise him for abandoning you yet I can see how happy he makes you. You clearly love him and have forgiven him yet I don't know how, maybe it's my own experiences making me biased. Regardless, did you really think I missed the strength of emotions flowing between you two when you held hands? I thought you would make out right there and move onto full untamed love. It looked like the two of you forgot there was a world around you," Eihei responded mentally, her voice mildly amused before gasping as Kanmi's memories slid into her mind, the emotions welling inside her as she began reliving her mother's life. Originally seeing a child Kanmi running about, looking over her shoulder before sticking out her tongue. She then scampered off. The girl changing as she grew older, morphing into the beauty Eihei knew as mother. She definitely had many suitors, her crystalline gaze sparkling with a vitality that was impossible describe. Coupled with her brilliant red locks, she had the warmth of a flame, drawing even the most apathetic of people to her. "Incredible.." Ei whispered. Tch, it could snow in the summer and you would find a reason to blame me. I didn't abandon your mother only a fool would do that, you know the song and dance by now so you will see everything from how I saw it nd lived it. Who knows you might see that your lifestyle in root and mine in the devil's playground were similar yet different. Raido awaited his turn knowing Eihei was likely to turn her back at it at first, but considering she was in some shape or form curious of Raido well, before Raido X, considering Raido never stated his life too much before now only stating he lived a colorful childhood, he exhaled greatly befoe sharing the exact words with Eihei he shared with Kanmi, how the power of the Rinnegan saved his life yet in his weakened state was killing him, a god living beneath his flesh and his malnourished body struggled to maintain it till Kanmi healed him and fed him. The Physical specimen back t his prime. how Kanmi was not just a lover, but a teacher, a mother, a friend, Raido's first everything and so the story unfolded as mentioned before. When he said lost everything Kanmi was that everything, his true first of virtually everything except kill or enemy. his first kill as at 4 years old. Raido slowly as well veiled the power of the Rinnegan and Six Paths chakra to his daughter her dojutsu made it probably easier for hr to intake the power since she shared some of the same physical composition as he did as his daughter. Connected like this more over than what was shared, Eihei like Kanmi had full access to the memories of Raido's life via his chakra from his eyes she lived, breathed and saw. Around them the power welled up once more. Dayum they gotta do all that just to go into Yama's realms, this bastard at full power must be something serious, even worse everyone talking abou my moms powers with the mind and how she can catch people by a thought. How the hell am I suppose to handle her, im part Yamanaka but I aint got no Yamanaka skills, everything I do mentally is my sharingan. Ill need eye contact and my teleportation instantly and then fight her the way I want not the way she wants. Yea that it.. Relax kid auntie Suiren knows a thing or two about your mother and how her abilities work so does Ameko doesn't make it easy dealing with her but the plan is to keep them separated for as long and far as possible. Attack Ouka fast and quick with your teleportation so she cant access her mind quickly enough to mount an offensive. All she needs is one mistake and she can mind fuck you into thinking you are a cat or worse. Suiren said grabbing TK by the head and drawing circles in his untamed mane. Eihei's own waterworks fell on the pavement floor as she watched her beloved mother destroyed by Dark Buddha. Fury edging Ei's sadness as she saw what he did to her mother's corpse, the spirit of Kanmi forced to watch her own death by Yama over and over again. He desecrated it.... she murmured, her tone venomous. Watching Kanmi watch her was a surreal experience, one that felt like a punch in the gut. Here, she could see the red flags that she had ignored before. The signs were things were starting to go south. Her murderous rampages. Her efficient nearly perfect record of tracking down missing-nin and eliminating them in the name of Konoha. The sick satisfaction she felt when she tore out their throats or ripped out their spines. Eihei could feel herself becoming physically sick, the sentiment reflected in Kanmi as she witnessed those same events from a first hand perspective. It was barbaric some of the things she did under the cover of night while hunting, more akin to a predator chasing hapless prey than a hunter-nin protecting her village. It was how she took the edge of her growing emptiness, a cup of love tossed of its contents and quickly filled with hate, anger, and bitterness. Why did she have to raise children as a child? Why was she out here fighting, scrapping for money to make sure her loved ones had everything they needed and wanted? Who was looking out for her? A downward spiral as each kill became more grotesque than the last. Yet she continued to collect, a prized member of Danzō's inner circle, her cursed mark sinking its fangs into her. Not consuming her though; no, it melded itself to her body, sliding into crevices as it became part of her. The Cursed Mark was Eihei, Eihei was the Cursed Mark. There was no telling where one ended and one began. Kanmi then arrived at that day when everything could have went to shit. Mothers vs. a sudden stepchild. Their fury and disappointment that meant one thing: That she was illegitimate born out of wedlock child. How could they even assume that when she was clearly older than all of them? The potency of Eihei's malevolence was crippling. How could no one else see or feel that? Kanmi wondered in her mind. Being in the anbu makes one an excellent actor. After Root was properly disbanded I was moved to the regular Konoha anbu. They didn't trust me in the mainstream forces. They were right to be concerned. Eihei responded, her laugh brittle and bitter. These were not happy memories. Then again, her childhood blew up quickly. She didn't even know what childhood was like after 8. Satori paused as she pondered what Raido said earlier, "Then what's my task? It helps to know what I am to do. Unless it's improvisation. Either way, information is nice," she said. Only to realize that her comments would be unheard after watching the circle begin anew, this time including her mother. "Stop panicking TK it looks weird with your constant frown, if you keep acting like that you'll be a virgin for the rest of your life. Which would be a personal tragedy on top of the threat we're currently facing," she said, her quicksilver tongue coming to life, "Deep breaths, you can do this. Also, why did you dye a single bang red as opposed to all of your hair? Since you like the color so much," the girl added before hearing her mother grit her teeth, a thinly veiled expression of pain lay on her face. Eihei felt the flow of chakra from her father enter the fold. Irritation present as she tried to turn her back. Yet her curiosity won out. It was then that she was blasted by his memories. The dark days as he pillaged, crushed, murdered, and desecrated. Moves that she saw Dark Buddha using found their origin in this time. What was more horrifying for her however is that she executed moves that were almost exactly like his, at times imitating his ruffian barbarism with uncanny precision. The shock caused her own memories to flood across this bridge, the two way street established as her whole life up until now was laid bare by her father. Yet she didn't notice this, still focused on the similarities between what she did in Root and how he acted in Devil's Playground. It was nauseating as she watched him scratch his back with the spine of a corpse and pick his teeth with smaller bones. Part of her wondered how Kanmi drummed up he compassion when the wretched brute first arrived at Konoha's doorstep. He looked like a nightmare of a children's book coupled with the terrifying monstrosities that made adults wet themselves. Most would have ran, a brave few would have attempted to take out. Yet she reached for his hand instead, offering to be that one person who he could rely on. Teaching him about everything, showing him all she could. She's more than your lover, your everything. She was your world. In all honesty, she still is. Why would you leave your world behind? Eihei murmured, her words carrying to both Kanmi and Raido. The former turning beet red as she processed what her daughter said, what she herself learned earlier. Not different from you right, few differences, I got started up at 4 years old, or least that's how old I thought was couldn't spell Kill but I sure knew how to make it happen I never really enjoyed it I did it out of necessity I didn't kill or survive I starved, simply as that, my issue was just combat it w- well just follow me in the chakra memories trail kid and you wills see. Anyway Kanmi you know this already but Eihei doesn't so bear with the repeat of the narrative. Raido always said he was never proud of those days and to repeat it to his daughter was even worse. Yet in this she would find herself somewhat, maybe she wouldn't but it was the last of the mysteries of Raido. The boy before the X. Like he said he wasn't proud of his "colorful childhood" Not because of the killing, no someone else's death meant he got food and water and clothes. There was no time to breath, pause or call timeout, and yet he at his most active close to death, danced with it under the corpse filled night and held her and and stared into the abyss his eyes full of life and never blinking. The abyss once again found his vision only this time it stared into the abyss only this time the abyss saw itself in the frames of his shades. The glow of is life hidden behind a quiet mystery, the eye that reflected his heart covered, the eye tat reflected his cycle gone all that stood was the darkness of mystery of his motives. Reflecting pools that faced each other. Two narratives that were the inverse. As one life slowly came together, and other was falling apart at the seems. Murder. Carnage. She had done it before with ease, without a passing thought, it aroused her, it excited her in ways both fascinating and hideous to the outside observer. Why not do it again? They clearly despised her presence even if they masked it with good intentions and a ready smile. Did they think they could fool her? She was Root anbu. She would wipe them off the face of the earth. Where to start though...children or the parents. It would be satisfying to kill the children in front of their parents. To break spines, rip apart flesh, maybe even make clothing from their collective skin. Plus, the children would be easier to kill, a warmup for the main event. However, that would give the adults ample time to intervene, so either she would go for the mothers first or kill the children quickly and efficiently. It wouldn't have the same magnitude as the slower, more torturous method, but it would be effective at moving along this family's demise. So she settled on the latter, ready to play it by ear based upon who was closer. Coordinating for distance, speed, the time necessary for eliminating each individual. Target practice necessitated deciding who was the weakest link: Amerai and Ameryuu. So the boys would go first, then Ameko, the inexperienced KT holder. The pyromaniac might be a challenge, but she would find a way to pit her against the Steel user. They wear each other out and then she finishes the job. Shirokaze was the wild card, but she'd succumb in the end. That left the three parents. However, her planning was interrupted by the sound of whoops and hollers. She sat alone in a room overlooking the vast land around this family's home. She watched her two siblings play before recalling how they integrated themselves into the household. These bastards made them happy? They were spoiled brats, they knew nothing of what the trio had endured, yet Aka and Shinrai loved their company anyways. Eihei was torn. Unable to decide between killing and leaving, or the less popular option of staying. She was an outcast, they made that abundantly clear to her in the first meeting. Why should she stay? The woman began packing her things. Not desiring to be here any longer. She was about to make the leap out of the window and run away yet she saw her siblings run into the home. Putting her back down she stopped her actions. She would pretend, Eihei decided. Pretend to be the big sister who loved and doted on them. It was easy as she shoved down her simmering malevolence, placing it far away from her as she slid into this role like a second skin. Her smile natural, devoid of the powerful fury in her heart. She hid her Cursed Mark under the shoulder of her shirt. There. Normal. What was a new role in light of her abilities as a Root-nin. She descended down the stairs, placing everything else out of her mind as she began her own integration. "For them." she murmured to herself. The cursed seal pulsing in recognition. So that was how her life played out, a natural at acting, at being supportive and in control. A delicately constructed ruse reinforced by traits that appeared inherited, normal. When her siblings struck out on their own, she drifted as well, glad that she would no longer have to stomach that rotten place. Her role disintegrated unless she was around those that were in contact with it prior. In the village of Eigakure the ruse held true. The only time she could let it go was in Hilt, the co-leader for a short time as she embarked on hunting missions. Her favorite. They were what kept her sane, the crunch of bones, the blood on her fingers and body, the life fading from her enemies eyes. It was euphoric, much better than the drab life that awaited when she returned. Each kill reinvigorated her, brought new life and order. It took the edge away from a festering inaction. She should have just killed them. Yet Aka and Shinrai liked them, hadn't they suffered enough? What about her? Hadn't she suffered enough? Wasn't she tired of pretending to be what she was not? Her questions went unanswered as she was removed from Hilt, having been promoted to Head Ninja after her sister took office. She would want her most trusted and most reliable person at her side. Because it was Aka's request, the woman couldn't refuse. Her child, her sister, her niece needed her. At some point the line blurred. Sibling turned into child, niece, or nephew. Regardless, the negotiation table gave her a new way of letting out this pent up aggression. Despite being a smaller nation and village, she let those she was signing deals with peer into her heart. Blackened and twisted. Remorseless. Her smile was insanity. Her body language suggested malevolence. Her gaze suggested murder. Every aspect was honed from what she felt. It was fun, terrifying them. Though she really hoped one would have enough spine to challenge her so she could shred him. Yet no one stepped up to the plate, losing their spine as if she had plucked it out herself. Until she reached Iron Country. A samurai who was unafraid of her, who wouldn't bow and kneel. Who had the wherewithal to challenge her. It was amusing, interesting. She blew off quite a bit of steam that night in more ways than one. First a brawl, though her hands itched to kill, and then a romp of a different variety. A child was conceived. A baby girl who floored the masochistic and malicious woman with a single flutter of her jade eyes. Beautiful, and it somehow came from her. Her lips brushed across the baby's forehead, a giggle heard as she tickled the baby's stomach. A baby grew into a child. Murder, rape, destroy. All held back by a single face. Yet the sight of that face hurting made her mental. The Dark Buddha faced her. She took her time at the end, releasing all of that fury upon his wretched form. Combing through his frame before ripping it apart piece by piece, reaching inside and playing with his internal organs before tearing him across a space-time nexus. Never to be seen. A father returned, an animosity to follow. Death was too good for him. He abandoned her mother, he abandoned her. Death, Death, Kill, Kill. The chant went as the blood roared in her ears. Words laced with venom lashed like a whip. A punching bag. Her mother's terror stopping her. Why did these people keep interfering? She had done so much for them, gave up herself for them. Why wouldn't they let her have this? All she wanted was to wipe away this shit stain then she would go back to masquerading as the woman they knew and trust. Couldn't they allow her this? No one would miss him. Fury rose as she stopped. Monster, monster was the new chant. Death was of little comfort. Her child returned. Her jade child in her arms once more. She would break this world for her. Lay waste to it for her. The others didn't matter. Not really anyways. Yet here she was saving them. Why did she care so much? What have they ever done for her? She walked back. A waiting game. A new person emerges. Her turn to run the tests. She survived. Killing them all was easy. Stopping not so much. It was in her blood no? The one she itched to break was the same way. Alive. Euphoria. Ecstasy. It was addicting. Until she saw that dying face. The one she gave life to was now dying in her arms. Because of her. Grating pain. Screams heard around the world as she carve out her own neck. A disgusting mass of flesh, oozing blood as her neck closed with new skin to boot. A stern reprimanding. Why was she here anyways? The tests. Finish each one. Learn about yourself. Days of feeling like an idiot. How could she have missed the signs? Why didn't she remove that thing sooner? It took over her life. Did she manage to nab every piece? She hoped so. Tests tests and more tests. Then a new face. Blonde locks spun from darkened gold. Fascinating eyes of red. Sharingan? She didn't know, but it was definitely a dōjutsu. The woman smiled at her. Granddaughter is what she called Eihei. The flippancy so immediately recognizable, the light-hearted jokester mentality present. A pet nickname. An embrace sealed by a kiss to the forehead. A tingle of power. "A gift for my favorite grandchild," she said. Strength surged as her own eyes mimicked the woman. Grandmother. Red replaced by fuchsia, yet the design and bar placed down the center remained the same. Tests complete. A new form for a new fight to create a new world. Fitting. All that remained was execution. For her precious jade, she would make this world safe. Even if that meant razing another one. Extermination had always been her specialty. Why change that now? It would be fun to use all that was done to her to unseat the King. What happens when you lose control of a monster you created? It tends to destroy you. That would be the lesson that the real shit stain would learn. The stories of their lives were exchanged passed around and no need for the campfire. Raido never showed emotion but in seeing it again it always hurt, knowing Eihei truly came so close to helping Yama from a need to end her own nightmares condemning the world as they knew it. Had it come down to it, the situation would have been awkward, but he said all he said regarding the matter already, he had opened enough and shared enough. It was time to get to business and the one thing he did not play with anymore was Yama, not at this juncture, it cost him too much before. We're done here, Kanmi, share with her everything I told you regarding the seal and how we need exactly how we can fine tune it using all our skills. Long story short, Eihei neither you or anyone here can get into Limbo or Naraka so we connected for several reasons. 1 in his domain at full power Yama can take our souls much easier, being that my soul has tolerance there the connection will strengthen you all and act as a buffer barrier to prevent being attacked by lower spirits and having your soul snatched. 2 In fighting Ouka she can wipe someone ut just by picking up their thought waves, should someone fall under her telepathic spells we can this connection to wake each other up, just dont let her degrade your brain or worse mess with your emotions, sd to say to deal with her we need to draw her out to Takashi, his teleportation is the best way to move quick enough to hit her without her picking up thoughts in her area, a second longer and we're done for. The plan is to fight Yama across the plane's of existence and stretch his attention then, make him fight several battles at once splitting his power and resources, though where we will fight him will be much harder. Seeing as how we all know the price of failure I dont need to mention it. Raido let their hands go and turned his back before walking over to Satori. Their mission is done now for the last ride. Raido slammed his palm into the ground causing smoke to rise, channeling his power through the animal path hence the roar of SUMMONING JUTSU!!!! Six different bodies appeared, each cloaked and covered, beyond the cloaks heir eyes resembled Raido's the same source of vision and together he was linked to them all. With the Naraka Path I can tend and heal anyone's wounds, I know it sounds crazy but remember we heal physically, healing your spirit once tampered with it does not grow back over night, Kanmi as the one among who can now heal through Eihei and I, welcome to the wild side. As for you Satori, these are my Six Paths, long story short they are me and I am them, I can see through them at all times, you will stay with them and they will protect you and keep you from Yama's grasp sensory. At any time should danger come I can reverse summon them and you to safety, should Yama be actively hunting behind the scenes which knowing him he will. Takashi I would say use your dimension but we can't risk it being compromised since we will be making many of the jumps with you, so Satori since Yama can't snuff this place out they will remain here with you and trust me when I say nothing is going to happen to you, not is going to happen. Raido was getting more and more serious by the second, this was not an enemy he could laugh it away and smile, tell jokes or be silly. It was an enemy who fucked his life over for as far as he could remember. The time for lack of focus was over. It was exactly what Yama was going to think to, Raido played the fool for years see, Raido picked up on Yama and learned something very important. First you learn the game, then you play better than anyone else. Raido said to himself as a shine of his shades reflected in the light. For the sake of whats about to take place, does anyone have any questions? now is the time because one we are there, after we all connect there will be no more talking, we will be passing information among each other quietly, we will all do ninshu together. Before that I want to make sure no one else is confused about whats to happen here. This is not for shits and giggles and it aint for the light of heart, you are about to take on a deity who lived well beyond time, a man who is consistent with life and death, one wrong move, technique or any bullshit and understand Yama will not hesitate to take your life and then use it. So I say this one time and one time only.... Speak now. Raido said looking around, no one here ever fought him with , hell no one here had even seen him serious but today was the new for many firsts. Eihei felt Raido's hurt, despite his best efforts to conceal. She was surprised when feelings of shame ripped through her system. The woman had nearly destroyed them, the household never realizing that two people stood between her and their demise. So close yet so far, a lost soul perilously close to ending the world that her mother had started. Awkward didn't begin to cover what that would have been like. Yet the time for talking had passed. The moment had arrived for them to start taking care of business. As Raido disconnected, she focused her attention on Kanmi. "So, we are making use of a seal that Raido created and utilized against an individual named Fa'rao. It's known as Gedō Art: Eternal Somnolence of the Arihants and was effective for its purpose. However, in order for him to make it happen, we need you to extend the five minutes that Limbo clones last. You will have to push your space-time to the ultimate zenith to give us the time necessary to enact this seal. It will have some of my own personal touches to ensure its effectiveness, namely these flames that I have given. I don't want to burden you, but we will need every ounce of time we can get. More importantly, we'll have to trap the King of Hell if we are to succeed. Are you up for these tasks?" she asked. Kanmi filled in any blanks with her memories, allowing for Eihei to comb over the details. "Yes. We'll make it happen, we'll put this fool to bed, and we'll move on. There is no time to fuss," Ei responded, seeing her mother's worry and sadness at burdening her daughter once again. However, Eihei was stronger than that child who was in way over her head. Given all that she had done already, this was nothing. So she would do it and make this happen. They returned to the present, breaking their grasp as they all stood. Never had Eihei seen Raido so serious. Then again, given the magnitude of what they were facing, jokes would be highly inappropriate. It wasn't everyday that one tried toppling a god that terrorized their family. Yet here they were about to do that. Forget about failure. They would make it happen. No ifs ands or buts about it. She watched her father create the six paths of pain. Though they remained hooded, the purple gaze of the Rinnegan present in a faint glow. For some reason she was tempted to joke about their lack of colorful hair, if only to diffuse the tension that was present as the gravity of their task sank in. She stooped to her daughter's height, gazing into the jade gaze she loved so. "Stay with them love. They'll protect you. I'll be back as soon as I can," Eihei said, placing a kiss on daughter's forehead before hugging her tightly. She saw her daughter's eyes glow, as they became the royal purple she knew so well. "You..have it? How long?" Ei asked. "For a while, please be safe mommy and hurry back," Satori said, hugging her tightly before stepping back, standing near the six individuals that were to function as her bodyguards. She would be good so her mother would have one less thing to worry about. So she could make the world safe for them. Her mother was a badass and she had every bit of confidence that she would be back before Tori could miss her. That Eihei had the backing of her father and mother made Satori even more certain that this would succeed. "Let's make this happen," Eihei said, the burning flames returning to her gaze, the hazel turning to green as she recalled everything Yama put them through. Now it was time for him to pay up. Kanmi nodded. "No time like the present," she added. Ready to put the hurting on this bastard. "Let's get this show on the road." The lack of questions made it clear everyone understood what was at stake and the ramifications of failure. Good the goal is simple we arrive, raise hell, leave. The road to heaven goes through hell and we gonna enter and punch the King right in the mouth. Raido had another idea, but it would not be able to be put into use until much later, much much later. He was a full power and then some, he was ready for prime time and no one was going to deny him or his family any longer. Lets rock and roll, we got a house to protect and represent and A King to dethrone I can't wait to see the look on his face when we come busting down his door steps and hand him his ass backwards. Suiren popped her knuckles she eagerly wanted in on this. Yama plagued her father for years and no one loved him more than her far as she knew. She was ready to see her father just live again I've got what you asked for as well dad, just say the word and its yours again. Ameko had never seen her father crackdown like this but it was nice to see he was far too goofy for her liking sometimes, but this time it worried her. Man of action let that speak in place of words I see, never heard of yo ever being serious before but it's quite a sight, I expect to see the bad ass i've heard about in the legends for all these years. Takashi grinned knowing now was the time for him to go get his new arm. He put it off long enough. Good everyone knows their roles so get some rest get done what you need to on a personal level, eat, sleep whatever you need to right now. Because when you all stand face to face with Yama its gonna get nasty, plus now that I think about we need to convene on who he can revive. I hop you all brushed up on your shinobi legends? Raido slowly looked around the room to see who here was aware of the last war Eihei sat, having accepted the food that her daughter offered earlier. "As the King of Hell he has access to all the souls that reside in the Pure Land correct? If so, that means he can dredge up quite the cohort. We're talking about Kage from various eras across all villages. Along with some pretty powerful figures that resided within those villages and the surrounding lands. Either way, we're going to have quite a fight on our hands, especially if the last war was any indication," she noted. The woman remembered hearing so many legendary figures invoked. Hanzō, fallen members of the Akatsuki, Mū, Gengetsu, Madara, Hashirama, Tobirama, and the Third Raikage to name a few. Larger than life individuals of titanic power. Even the enigmatic Sage of Six Paths appeared: Hagoromo. Though he was on the side of the good. While she would like to think that this would also hold true for their impending fight, she had a feeling that he would not be coming to either side's aid. As for his mother Kaguya, Ei was sure that she would be off doing gods knows what, considering her physical container remained in a locked away place. She continued eating, her daughter dozing in her lap as she realized that they weren't leaving immediately. Ei wasn't sure if this would be the last time she saw her daughter. Saw all of them. If it was, she would make sure that she left them a good life, one that was without Yama's transgressions. She sighed, ice in her veins as she focused on the monumental undertaking that was to await them. The twinge that had all but vanished in his life was once again taking root in his spine. Even now years removed his body would still shake in excitement at the thought of a fight, but not just an battle, this was the Battle of the end. The House of X was the last line of defense that stood between Yama and his revelations. Plenty of dissatisfying events happened in his life he would gladly do over, but the opportunity to have this battle, this one last dance. to dance with the devil by the pale moon light, his body ached and lusted for this level of combat. For so long he was depraved of a chance to be alive again, stuck within the walls of his own shrine. He told others to relax and find their peace to go into battle and here was up in arms practically drooling. Yet to him this was relaxation, this was him calm and focused. A single directive guiding his thoughts Eradication of the King of Hell. He had his taste of freedom and it was a promise land overflowing with more than milk and honey that sample he got a taste of left his mark on his tongue and he sniffed it relentlessly knowing all that stood between him and that was a single bodied idea that gathered power over time to create a will to influence the physical world. To try and make his own mark on history and have a claim. The stakes were high the prices were already paid, plans were laid, choices were made. The road that went to heaven converged through hell and knowing the number of enemies Yama had to choose from to pick to stand against him.. he felt like a kid in the candy store. So many enemis so many to choose from so many to risk life and death and so many ways for him to reconnect with life.. His ending would literally be where he spent the majority of his life. In combat, a parting gift from Yama to him for the long retirement he was going to put the king on. What better way to bring a smile to face of the dark slayer as he stared only at the wall, to many staring aimlessly behind the dark veil of his shades, he was gone from what was happening around him, focused only on how he would get to relive his life.. one last time. At that moment, an intense heat was suddenly released and the air grew thin. "Why can't we have peaceful reunions like regular families." a voiced echoed throughout the shrine. Tardiness was not one of his mottoes but life as a Kage does make his schedule quite tight. His footsteps echoed throughout the shrine, it was his thing to make dramatic entrances. "What a mess you guys have made, I hope you don't expect me to clean it all up." From the darkness, the Second Uzushiokage had arrived on the scene. His confidence and bravado radiated from his body and his chakra began to leak, surrounding him with a red-orange aura. "So, who do I gotta kill first?" Just when Ithought you couldn't appear any later you manage to show up damn near at the end when everything is explained. Raido said looking at his eldest son, with everything that had happened he feared for his son too. Yama was going after everyone in the house of X Shenron was powerful no doubt he could rival Raido himself like his sister, but Yama was an opponent who transcended natural means. Having finally made it Shenron needed to know as well. Who we're fighting you can't kill, he is a concept he exists beyond life and death that he decided who goes where to put it mildly. To shorten to the song and dance we are finally facing Yama The King of Hell, I've found a way drop him where he stands, but we gotta take the fight to him where he is strongest. Here in the natural plane he is strong but not at full strength. You, My first love Kanmi, Eihei and now you are going to a very special place to punch him in the mouth and whoop his ass. Raido cracked his knuckles in his gloves. You remember all the stories I told you of Naraka? and limbo well now that shit is about be reality because I've got is tickets to go attend a meeting between us and Yama. Just dont die, I trust you to stay alive but after your brother Ameryuu and his wife Ouka fell leaving Takashi the lone child in this realm I've taken precautions. Yama attacks the soul and given my inner paths abilities I need to put a barrier around you so we can all dance our final dance with the last enemy this family has. 50 yeas Shen I've ran never being strong enought\ to beat him, onyl enough to fight him off, but now we marching right into Hell to punch the King in the mouth and dethrone him, You, Kanmi Eihei are vital in this because I suck as seals. Raido reminded his son , Raido was a pure fighter fight him and he was in his element, throw seals and Genjutsu and he was mostly defensive and patient. He hoped the sibling rivalry could be quelled ij working together to remove Yama from Earth When she saw who the last arrival was, her lip curled ever so slightly. Though it grew more pronounced following his comment. That he had to put on airs when making a simple entrance continued to irritate her. While they were closest in age and shared backgrounds with comparable levels of tragedy, they were perhaps the furthest apart when it came to kinship. At one point they were rivaled each other for the sake of being the successor to their father, Shenron driven by his innate arrogance and Eihei by her Cursed Seal inspired ambition. Alas, the rivalry remained for Shenron at least. With the Cursed Seal no longer present, Ei saw just how stupid it was. Why did it matter who the successor would be? She had more important things to worry about. "How nice of you to arrive Shenny," she commented dryly, hoping Shenron had somehow mastered the art of modesty while using her nickname for her little brother. From what she had seen so far however, the woman remained pessimistic. Satori however was just a bit more excited to have yet another member of the family around. From what she had seen so far, her mother's mention of Raido's flings appeared to be true. "Uncle Shenron!" the girl proclaimed, wrapping yet another one of Eihei's siblings in as a big of a hug as the young child could possibly manage. Kanmi on the other hand coolly observed the new redhead. Uzumaki born and bred, perhaps a part of that fabled village that belonged to her ancestors. "And you are?" she asked politely, mildly curious as she monitored her daughter's reaction to the latest addition. It was clear that they weren't close. A hint of rivalry? Maybe some envy. Regardless, the two weren't on the best of terms. She sighed inwardly, hoping that they would put this petty argument aside for the time being. After everything was taken care than they could resume their rivalry. As the young Uzumaki embraced him, Shenron interpreted the situation based on the facts provided. Memories of the stories his father used to tell him came flooding in. While Shenron was not particularly close with a lot of the members of his father's side of the family and found himself often favoring his mother over his father, Shenron was interested in seeing his father's bloodline prosper for decades to come, thus why he is here. He could sense that he was not the most well liked of the bunch. Returning back to reality after a brief mind excursion, Shenron gazed down at his relative. He could sense his sister's fierce power with her but this warm personality was a different than her mother's. The height difference between the two made it quite awkward for the Kage, with members of the House of X usually being taller than most. "There...there.." Shenron said awkwardly, patting her on the head as if she were a young child who needed attention. After a moment of rather unfortunate silence, he gently moved her to the side and walked towards the rest of the group. Removing the clothing that hung above his waist, Shenron demonstrated his rather well built physique. Covered in different form of marking, Shenron cracked his fights as a confident smirk emerged onto his face. "Immortal opponent, sounds like my cup of tea. Just make sure Eihei doesn't get in my way and I think we'll be alright" he snickered, always prepared to make fun of his elder sister at a moments notice. Raido's never understood why Shenron and Eihei couldn't get along but this wasn't the time and method to address this situation. It's as simple as that, there's a fight with Yama and I plan marching right into Hell and punching the King of Hell right in the mouth. To do that we gotta kick his ass in different locations and planes of existence to remove him from. The first being limbo which is where Myself, Eihei and Kanmi are going, using Siddha I can get us into Limbo easily, The next spot and most dangerous is Naraka, the living can't go there and stay alive, but I can use limbo shadows to effect what happens in that world. In both Limbo and Naraka he is at his strongest and he can revive any and all shinobi who has ever died. Since he judges where they go all the souls of the dead are his to command. So before it surprises you this includes your mother. But for this I need you to be ready to fight and attack Ameryuu and then we will converge on Yama and fight him in different realms and then seal his ass into Naraka for good. Separate his Will from his body and remove him from it for good. Raido in closing, pretty much told the plan for the last time. Handle what you need to do and within a month meet back at this location with us finally put a gravestone on Yama's name and title. That goes for you, everyone is free to do as they please. So rest up as I said earlier think about and take in what your about to do. There can be no half stepping or going in half cocked, Takashi work on that arm of yours. You can't fight your mother in the shape you are in currently Raido said looking around realizing he saw no fear made him realize he pulled together a bad ass family and that this House would survive the threat of Yama. Kanmi you however I need you to stay back for a while so we can discuss something I know yo have questions about. Raido said looking around at everyone else not named Kanmi and wandering why they were still here. "Don't be inept and we should be fine," Eihei shot back. The two oldest siblings, they had a shared Uzumaki-Uchiha background. But that is where the similarities ended. One was arrogant and full of conceit. The other was a doer who hated pretentious people just as much as she despised weakness. Though she was unsure how much of that last bit was her and how much was owed to the Cursed Seal. Regardless, they weren't on the best of terms and it showed. However, she would set that aside for now. She planned on surviving this so she could kick her brother's ass later. So that they could be free to chill for just a bit as they prepared for something that could decide the course of this family and the world they resided in. Speaking of which, she had a feeling that they would need more firepower. As titanically powerful as they were (with several juggernauts to boot), she expected all sots of surprises when it came to their opponents especially given the well that Yama would draw from. So they needed to even the odds a little bit. Part of her began wondering just what resources they could tap when it came to this world. She doubted that Yama would leave this world alone or expend minimal effort here. No, he would be aiming for wholesale slaughter. "Nephew, what contacts do you have in this world? Since we're fighting on three fronts and the goal of Yama is to kill every person on this planet, we'll need to broaden our scope of our allies." Eihei then contemplated what she would do with her month. In terms of priorities she was largely all set. Though it would do to warn her sister about what was coming. She would have to make sure as many people knew about what was to transpire. The time for games had long since ended. She stood. "Let's go. We have a month to get our minds right and our affairs in order," she said. Satori stood as well, prepared to go alongside her mother. Despite being a child, Tori fully understood the gravity of the situation. This was an all or nothing event. Meaning every advantage they could find and every avenue to success they could seek would be taken. They weren't leaving anything on the table. Kanmi nodded. "Sure," she stared at the everyone, waiting for them to leave the premises. The clock was ticking and every minute would count towards the firefight that awaited them. Yama had long since readied his side. It was time they did the same.
