In the same time , L have found special league of best agents and Bikini Bottom have become police state after killing of Richard and best agents and policist . SpongeBob , happy that he killed every villain in Ocean and leave only good people , have decide to make fancy party in a villa . He told to Sandy that because of SpongeBob theres no evil in Ocean , he remind that Squidwards mother is alive because of this , he remind how Pearl was saved and how money of mister Crabs is o.k. Everyone have accepted that . SpongeBob have laugh , and with joy said that they all will start a new Genesis , a new world and time where SpongeBob will in name of God rule as God on Earth . And not only that. He will destroy evil and on surface world and create a paradise and for good humans ! In minight , SpongeBob will go with Sandys rocket to Europe and Judgment Day will start for all humans ! But Plankton didnt want that . He wants to kill all people which he hate and to get the formula . Planktons trap for Mortus is turn on . He killed mayor Howard , king Triton , queen - mother Amphitrite , prime minister , 10 most powerfull noblemans and their wifes , MermaidMan and BarnacleBoy , mayors of 9 other cities and he start with surface world . He writte Osama Bin Laden , but he was scared because of Karen and he touch month May and now he must wait until May that Osama dies . Karen have remind Plankton on formula , and Plankton have went to get it . But air force around the town have activated emergency statement and everyone must go in side or be arested . Plankton was arested whyle Karen escaped in Chum Bucket . Under police , SpongeBob was guilty for deaths of more than 800 people .
