It is obtained by talking to Melaniya in the Northern Mountains near the teleporter. The objective of the quest is to raid the Thieves' Camp and retrieve the Portal Stone for Melaniya. The Thieves' Camp is located in the center of the long road connecting the Shipyard and the Farm. The Magic Vaults containing their treasure is guarded by three Jungle Predator Elders and eleven Thief Elite Guards. Among the loot, the player can find Portal Stone amongst a lot of Gold as well as potentially some useful items or equipment. The Portal Stone can then be brought back to Melaniya for the reward of 750 EXP and 1000 Gold. Among the loot, the player can also find the artifact weapon Main Gauche. It will always be there if the player plays on Normal difficulty or higher or is playing in Hardcore Mode. Otherwise, the weapon is unobtainable. The Thieves' Camp is invisible and inaccessible before talking to Melaniya. This is because she enchanted the camp with an Invisibility Enchantment and only removes it so the player may retrieve the Portal Stone. The objective of the quest Arena Expansion is also to create a Portal Stone. However, that Portal Stone is made by fusing a Shadow Stone and Waygate Dust and is not interchangeable with the Portal Stone required for this quest.
