| abstract | - This is the Charter of Our Alliance: The UNSC Earth Alliance was made initially for one reason: destroy large alliances particularly GATO and the Legion. As the Alliance developed (lastchance was added) we became official and are willing to provide Foreign Aid and trades to members of the Alliance yet our true desire burns strongly. War is a necessity, and I myself like to go to war. But to receive aid for a war you must apply for the war in the appropriate thread. Members may be put abroad in The Great Desire, yet our ability to stay together will keep us strong enough to defeat our enemies. Former members of The Enemy are welcome among the ranks. Rouges are welcome but will not be protected in any way by the Alliance unless they have a good friend somewhere in the Alliance or stop their constant waring. Anyone who joins must agree to these terms and may be kicked out if they do not abide by the rules
