Text | - Wonder if Alvyn will be returning home and could bring [Your Name] a message from you.
- Assure Alvyn that no one in the North is happy with the Boltons.
- Ask whether Alvyn will be taking part in the battle.
- "Stannis n-needs the North," Alvyn says, worried. "He can't take Winterfell unless the Stark bannermen rally to him. N-ned Stark died for his claim."
- "My pardons, but you don't look a fighting man," Rolfe says. Alvyn agrees, "I manage the king's supply train. An army travels on its stomach."
- Ask if Stannis thinks he'll be able to wrest Winterfell from the Boltons.
- Alvyn's face softens. "I'm a f-father too, Rolfe. I know you miss [Your Name] terribly. But the information you provide [him/her] has been invaluable."
- Rolfe finds Alvyn checking weapons and supplies for Stannis's troops. "King Stannis says we will be marching on W-winterfell within the fortnight."
- Say you'd rather be a grandfather to [Your Name]'s children than a source of information.
- Worry that Stannis's army isn't used to fighting in winter.
