  • Paul was born in Colombia City in 1978. Paul was raised by his father until he joined the Army National guard at 17 years old. He left the National Guard at 19 years of age to join the newly formed Colombia City Police Department S.T.A.R.S. unit in 1997. He used his hard earned skills to prevail in S.T.A.R.S. At first, everyone looked down on him as he was the youngest that joined the elite unit but he was able to prove them that he was a capable comrade when in battle. He was involved in the Colombia City Federal Bank hostage crisis saving the life of Ted Simmons covering his escape. Both he and Ted had a great friendship afterwards.
