Synopsis
  • When the Russian embassy in Star City is attacked by extreme rightists led by the Survivalist, a paramilitary type, Oliver Queen switches to his Green Arrow identity and drives away the Survivalist and his troops. Later, GA takes a captured weapon from the group to a general at nearby Fort Carlin and finds it far in advance of most regulation weapons. They are interrupted by the advent of the Survivalist and his men, who use a secret device in their possession to start raising nuclear missiles from their silos.
  • Jason Todd runs away from home, while Batman testifies at the Night-Thief’s trial and attempts to capture Nocturna.
Notes
  • "Passion Nocturnale" is continued from Batman #363.
