Despite it's chakra nullifying properties, Natsumi also stores a special poision inside of it. This poision is capable of blinding an opponent disrupting chakra vision to where all chakra seems the same, disrupting their hearing, causing loss of sense of position within space, and loss of feeling throughout effected parts of their body. The poision doesn't appear to effect an opponents sense of smell or taste. Natsumi has also shown the ability to disrupt specific chakra types, potentially disabling her opponents use of advanced elements. During The Neo Akatsuki War Yashi Hyūga took them from Natsumi and made them his personal weapons
