  • Koba had turned all of the female MYCUN members into male by using a magic spell while the male MYCUN members had turned into female. Will the MYCUN members turn back to their normal form?
  • Koba and the Apes with Guns terrorize MYCUN City like terrorists, with lots of explosives. So Gabriel and the MYCUNs had to stop them. Note: This episode was banned in New Zealand due to explosion.
  • Gabriel finds Sonic the Hedgehog while Tails finds MYCUN Village. Special guest star: Roger Craig Smith as Sonic the Hedgehog and Kate Higgins as Tails
  • Gabriel opens a chicken restaurant for everybody until Koba arrives and ruins it.
  • We go into the mind of Gabriel to see his weird dream.
  • Gabriel and the MYCUNs exhausted after the Thanksgiving party.
  • Iken attempts to be Gabriel's best friend. Meanwhile, Norbert wanted to be the best Minion in the world.
  • When Hiro changed his mind and started liking Carrie Underwood, Gabriel gets really angry at him. Meanwhile, Koba wanted to do the same way at MYCUN City as he did when he lead the apes to war in San Franchiso.
  • Gabriel tells a story to his friends about him and the MYCUNs being as owls.
  • Gru gets a money challenge from Koba.
  • When Koba hijacked Gabriel's computer, Gabriel realized that his stuff on his computer got deleted and he was very sad and angry too. He found out that Koba hacked his computer. Meanwhile, Carn asks the Minions if there were female Minions.
  • Gabriel finds the infamous, cursed sock-it-to-me necklace in a treasure chest, which bad things happen to whomever touches it. Later he gave the necklace to Red. However, Red thinks it's not cursed but Gabriel was right and he must get rid of it. When Gabriel threw the necklace away, something is about to get weird.
  • Koba's back with a vengeance and he is chasing Gabriel again. However, Norman solved Gabriel's problem with Koba because Koba needs love. So Gabriel and Norman decide to create a profile for Koba on a Singles website to let Koba have a girlfriend. Meanwhile, Caesar and Blue Eyes buy a wig from the Minions.
  • The MYCUNs go inside Koba's body when he's asleep.
  • Gabriel wants to see the Great Pacific garbage patch and so he takes Norman there for an hour. When they got back home, Hiro reads about the North Pole where the melting ice cap caused a giant international land grab, and tensions are mounting. Gabriel and the MYCUNs take Antonio to the North Pole and they will lead Antonio to the North Pole with their brand new compass. Later, Gabriel found Norman in the Galápagos Islands who was taking a well deserved vacation. At there, Norman wanted to see the place Charles Darwin made famous and he opened an Anti-Wrinkle Cream for Iguanas as well as Galápagos Leather Goods. Special guest star: Chris Pine as Jack Frost
  • Carrie Underwood came back from the dead yet again and she teams up with Koba and his henchmen to get their revenge on Gabriel and the MYCUNs, who must start a battle with Carrie and Koba. Special guest star: Carrie Underwood as herself. Note: This is an one-hour special.
  • When Norman suddenly win for a free mansion of doing nothing, he takes his friends to see the mansion. Once inside the mansion, the Apes with Guns suddenly go crazy ever since they arrived. Then at night, they keep hearing strange voices and sounds. But, they didn't see something. At midnight, they hear Yorda's screams. Once in Yorda's room, they turned into a doll and then Rocket was turned into a stone. Can our heroes find out what really going on? But they are shocked to see that a ghost is haunting Norman's mansion.
  • Hiro listens to his Merry Melody by playing with his piano. Meanwhile, Norman is on TV playing a trick on Gabriel using a Volume Minimizer.
  • Koba's at it again and he attacked Gabriel, who started to hate Koba again.
  • Red wants to hire an AU pair to help out with Carn because Gabriel was lazy and Red has to do everything herself. She tried to hire these women, such as Rapunzel, Vanellope von Schweetz, and Audrey, but she finally hired Mavis Dracula to AU pairing Carn. Meanwhile, Caesar teaches Maurice how to lead and follow the orangutans.
  • After losing in a game, Gabriel gets really angry and loses his temper, but Red tries to calm him down.
  • After getting so bored, Hiro takes Gabriel's car in the middle of the night so he could drive by a mini-mart by he was stopped by the police and he got arrested. The next day at the court, Jonathan is the judge who presides over the case. Special guest star: Andy Samberg as Jonathan Note: Dracula, Mavis Dracula, Frankenstein, Eunice, Murray, Wayne, and Wanda made cameo appearances in this episode because Peter Baynham & Robert Smigel, who wrote Hotel Transylvania, were one of the writers of the episode.
  • Gabriel had the weirdest dream where he was floating in outer space dressed as Elvis Presley. He wanted adventure in space so he built a spaceship and travel to space with the MYCUNs.
  • Gabriel the MYCUNs hear that The Antiques Travel Show, a wonderful show on PBS about antiques, is coming here at MYCUN City. So all of the MYCUN team members brought their antiques to the show, but there's something wacky is going to happen with their stuff in the show.
  • Norman sets up a practice for a psychiatric help. Meanwhile, Carn sleeps over at Iken's.
  • After showing up in a phony TV show credit, Gabriel becomes popular in the real world.
  • After Gabriel ate too many ice cream, he dreams of him meeting Jack Frost to see the whole world. Special guest star: Chris Pine as Jack Frost
  • Gabriel and Red wanted to do something special for their anniversary and Gabriel wanted to go to Hotel Transylvania, with the hotel now open to human guests, so Gabriel and Red, along with their son Carn, went to Hotel Transylvania where they met Dracula, the owner of the hotel. Later, all the other MYCUNs go to the hotel. Special guest star: Adam Sandler as Dracula
  • An episode based on the Wonderful Wizard of Oz book.
  • Gabriel sees Red wearing a virtual reality helmet and she's having a virtual reality affair with Jack Frost. Meanwhile, Carn plays a game with Norbert. Special guest star: Chris Pine as Jack Frost

A special episode, "Carrie Cheats on You", aired on August 17, 2013 after the official season finale. In March 2012, seasons six and seven were renewed. The following month, Gabriel Garcia announced that season six would take place after the events of MYCUN and the Mystery to New York. The following month, Garcia also announced that characters from The Lorax, Brave, Hotel Transylvania, Wreck-It Ralph, How to Train Your Dragon, Tangled, and Rise of the Guardians would appear in some episodes of the sixth season. This is the first season in which Selena Gomez voices Red Puckett. In addition, this is also the first season to have the new MYCUN members, Iken, Naomi, Misuzu Makihara, Shougo, Violet, AAAA, Kozu, and Structure, who all originally appeared in MYCUN and the Mystery to New York. Season 6 was released on DVD and Blu-ray in the United States on April 27, 2014, June 28, 2014, in the United Kingdom, and July 5, 2014, in Australia.
