| HistoryText | - Emerald Archer is a young hero who fights using psionics and knowledge of weaponry. He dedicates his life to fighting crime and aspires to become the hero of Zenith City which is quickly achieved after becoming the leader of The Zenith Defenders.
The Living Armory
At a young age Kurt Gallard was sent to Horizon Academy, for the gifted youth by his adoptive parents Roy and Cynthia Gallard, which was a boarding school for upper class children located in San Francisco. Kurt attend Horizon where they enforced violent discipline tactics until he was seven and led a horrid sad life. It was on Kurt's seventh birthday when he unknowingly sent out his first telepathic shout, which was at such a high frequency that it would take a high level telepath would be able to hear it. The shout wasn’t a word or a sentence but more of a feeling. Kurt sent his longing and hope for a better life telepathically and only a local telepath by the name of Tommy was able to receive it. Tommy sensed Kurt’s potential through his shout and quickly ventured to Horizon Academy to rescue him. Tommy decided to take Kurt in and teach him how to control his telepathy. After a couple years of training him to harness his talent it became apparent that Kurt could not use most basic fundamentals of Telepathy. The way his brain is set up restricts him from accessing the side of the brain that powers a telepath's ability to link to others minds unless they are a telepath and they are skilled enough in to hear him. Though Kurt is lacking in basic telepathic fundamentals he excels in control of psionic energy. Kurt can create solid psionic constructs or create harmful bursts of psionic energy at a extremely advanced level, this is due to the side of his brain that controls the basic telepathic functions being cut off forcing his brain to hyper-evolve on the side that powers the ability to control psionic energy. This also gives him a photographic memory. When Kurt was 15 he left San Francisco to train with Oliver Queen in weaponry but was made to agree to never use his psionic skills while staying with him. Under Oliver's wing, Kurt obviously became extremely proficient with the bow and arrow, and skilled with almost all other weapons. Kurt trained with him and fought by his side as the Emerald Arrow until he was 23 where he decided to venture off as a solo hero and took up persona the Emerald Archer. At this time Kurt fully used both his skills in weaponry and psionics at his disposal by creating arsenals of psionic weapons to fight his enemies with, usually in the form of a bow and arrows made of green psionic energy. Kurt continued his travels until he finally ended up in Zenith City Florida, where he decided to stay and make a name of himself as a hero.

Photographic Memory: Emerald Archer can remember almost anything after seeing if for only a moment. He has the ability to memorize entire novels after only reading them once.

| Powers | - Psi Energy Construction: Emerald Archer can manifest telekinetic weapones composed of raw psi-energy, usually in the form of a bow and arrow because of his training with Green Arrow.
Psi Energy Manipulation: Emerald Archer can modify the type of psi energy he projects in an array of ways, like making the arrows he projects explode, create blinding lights and create nets of psi energy. The limits and full effects of the psi energy are unknown.
