| abstract | - Carlos Serrano is a former NASCAR driver from Tuscon, AZ. He competed in six Craftsman Truck Series events in his career. Serrano's debut came in 1995, when he competed at ORP. Starting 18th in the field of thirty-four, Serrano fell victim to an early transmission issue and finished 30th. He was able to improve somewhat at Mesa Marin, finishing 19th before sliding back to 31st at Phoenix to end the year. Serrano's three other series starts all came during the 1996 season. Twice Serrano visited Phoenix that year and twice Serrano struggled, DNFing to 21st in the spring race and 28th in the fall event. But Serrano had a bright spot in between those two races, starting 27th and driving to a career-best 14th place finish at Tuscon.
