  • Batgirl helps defeat Red Chinese spies who have been given powers similar to those of Superman, Flash, Green Lantern, and Supergirl, then learns that her brother Tony Gordon may still be alive.
  • Man-Bat brings in Snafu and explains to his wife that she has been turning into She-Bat in her sleep and fighting crime in his stead.
  • Robin takes on a gang of crooks who use a “stress-tester” in their robberies, and encounters a flying costumed villain called the Raven.
