She finally turns on her two nieces and tells tham that "You are a product of spite" and with that leaves the table with that her sister also leaves taking their mother with her but the twins refuse to leave and run after Nicola. They catch up with her and apologise however Nicola does not accept their apologies cause they have none to give and says that they can go in peace it's not their problem and she loves them both very muche despite who their parents are.
