He then signed autographs on his Detroit Lions sportscards that he handed out to people. Arlen has been married to his wife Heather for 9 years and together they have three beautiful children Caeli, Arlen Jr., and Ayden. He currently is a strength and conditioning coach at Niagara football academy.
