| abstract | - Although Big the Cat was pressured into working for the Family way back in Issue 244, no other members of staff were sighted in the restaurant until much longer. The only clue that Big worked for somebody was an off-panel voice telling him to cook some pizza and pasta. Big referred to this person as "Boss-Buddy". It seemed that Big had later become the owner himself, naming the establishment after his friend, Buddy. The Freedom Fighters were allowed to build a new base underneath the restaurant with no opposition from the Family. However, the boss would eventually be seen in Issue 259, ordering Big to deliver pizza to the Seaside City Zone. "Boss-Buddy" increasingly annoyed with the cat's incapability to understand simple orders and threw all manners of cutlery and crockery at him, sending his employee hurtling away with the wrong box - a bomb meant for Harvestman.
