He seemed nice enough, even if he was kind of a dweeb. He wore horn-rimmed glasses with a blue button down shirt, he wasn’t nerd-skinny, exactly, but he was kind of on the thin side. They talked for awhile, and then she left the bar. The next day, as she was walking home from work, Leslie saw Geoffry again, standing at the bus stop a block away from her office building. “Hi, Leslie! Hey I was thinking maybe we could head down to the bar tonight. I really had fun last night.” She politely declined, and he said, “Okay, well, I’ll see you again.” She left for work the next day, and guess who she saw? Geoffry was standing right there about a block from her house. “Hi Leslie! You wanna hook up tonight? I was thinking maybe a movie?” She politely declined, and went about her work. When she got home, she had a new message on the answering machine. "Hi, Leslie! It’s me, Geoffry. I just thought you might’ve changed your mind about the movies. Don’t make me keep asking, just call me, bye!" The next morning, Leslie left for work. Geoffry was standing outside her door. “Hi Leslie! Why’d you stand me up last night, huh? I just want a chance, Leslie, we can try, right?” After three days of annoyance, Leslie caved. “Fine, Geoffry, we can try. Why don’t you come over for dinner tomorrow night? We’ll see how it goes, okay?” Leslie sure was having a bad run of luck. Ricky was in hysterics when he left her, her cat was dead, and now Geoffry too. What was left of his corpse was found a week later.

In "Stealing Grandpa's Thunder", The Stalker had returned to Smurf Forest seeking to catch some valuable prey. During his hunt, he managed to capture Wild Smurf (who at the time was releasing all of the Stalker's captured animals) and Grandpa Smurf. Nanny Smurf and Smoogle then set out to rescue them and by working together they were able to trick the Stalker into falling into one of his own traps.

The film combines horror and humor alongside mystery as the characters try to figure out who The Stalker is before they all become victims. Being compared to famous and critically successful box office horrors such as Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Halloween and Friday The 13th the film has been hailed as one of the best horror movies of the decade for its clever plotline, less emphasis on gore and the amount of dramatic tension it builds up. The Stalker was inspired by the return of the Scream franchise (with Scre4m) and the talk of a possible reboot of the I Know What You Did Last Summer series. Tennant, Ishwaka and Craven wanted to write a movie that had a clever plotline like the Saw franchise but wanted to stay clear of the over the top gore and special effects that that series possesses. The movie was originally titled; 'Final Scream' but was changed before production to avoid confusion with the widely popular Scream movies. The film faced heavy censorship due to 3 scenes; one being a very disturbing scene of a young girl being tortured in complete silence before being decapitated violently, the second being a passionate sex scene between Kai and Billie. Despite no intimate body parts being shown (apart from Kai's [Dustyn Blue's] backside) the scene was considered risky due to the actor's young ages. The final scene was less controversial at first, in it The Stalker kills a guard dog, however animal rights groups threatened to sue unless the scene was removed. The film went on to become a financial and critical success, earning $170 million worldwide.
