Led by General Url, the military group attempted to take control of the Metropolis Zone, with science "ruling" over the world of "idiots". With weapons at their disposal, the team got off to a good start, cornering off a building and ensuring that no members of the public could get close to their leader. However, they were swiftly defeated by the appearance of Captain Blue and his paramilitary squad. Url was shot in the chest, leaving him in a critical condition. The other members of the Brain Drain Society were arrested without resisting.
