He lives in the Flying Clawtress (at least during the game) and has Princess Gluttonella (one of the kidnapped Slimes from Boingburg) as a prisoner. He started an escavation in Flucifer's Necropolis for unknown reasons. What he found was the Flucifer's Flute. When Rocket reached Clawleone, he fought with him. After that, Princess Gluttonella decided to blow the mysterious flute, and summoned Flucifer, which possessed Don Clawleone.

When Rocket comes face-to-face with him and defeats him near the end of the game, it is revealed that Flucifer's flute was for summoning an ancient demon known as Flucifer but he didn't want to summon it and the flute was just a present for his girlfriend. Still when Princess Gluttonella plays it just to practice, he gets scared and Flucifer is summoned.

Two Platypunks brought a TV showing an interview with her. The interviewer asked her about the Flute. She said that she always keeps up with the fashion, but that the latest thing was "Dhoulmagus underpants". And then, Don Clawleone says that he must find that, and get back to the Clawtress.
