  • Angels are beings that in come cultures are considered lower gods. However they are more recognized as servants of god and born from light. These beings do have free will even when summoned. They are one of the deciding factors in the pact this jutsu has involving the user. They're biggest attribute is the use of light based techniques and possession of the Light Release Kekkei Genkai and of Fuinjutsu. When summoned a glowing golden Hexagram will appear below the area that the angel will then appear in. There are various types of angels one can summon including Fallen Angels which if summoned do have free will but can be easily restricted by the user's chakra and unlike normal angels their summoning circle is a purple Inverted Hexagram and their known Kekkei Genkai is Dark Release. When the summon is no longer needed they disappear in either a flash of white light or in an eerie purple mist. * Demons Demons or more commonly known as Djinn are creatures born from smokeless fire and are known for their aggressiveness in battle. They too are a deciding factor in gaining the pact. Not all of these creatures are evil and some are in fact protective guardians. They are known for their use of horrifying genjutsu and fire based techniques. They also possess shadow manipulation abilities similar to the Nara Clan's secret techniques and can even turn into shadows or hide inside them. Summoning these creatures creates a red pentagram below the area that the demon will appear in. When the summon is no longer needed they disappear in a black cloud of smoke or in smokeless flame. * Ghosts These are the spirits of the deceased. Be it animals or humans a user can summon these departed souls to the battlefield and grant them a temporary body made of chakra similar to how a tailed beast's physical makeup is. These do have free will but can be easily restricted by the user's chakra if needed. Once given a temporary body upon entering the physical plane these beings retain all they did have within life including bloodlines. Kintaro has stated that if any of these souls transmigrate though that they become "un-summonable" as they are incarnated into new life. However reincarnation is often a choice made by the departed often just before or just after death but on rare occasions souls can spend lifetimes in the pure land before choosing to reincarnate. Summoning ghosts creates a circular portal that the ghosts walk through before gaining a chakra based body in doing so. The portal is often described as like a mirror with a black smoky void on the other side which the glowing souls appear out of before crossing the glass like barrier which gives them their temporary bodies. Crossing the barrier has a ripple effect like water and is only crossable by the ghosts that are summoned. After the summoning is no longer needed their bodies dissipate and fade as they return to the pure land.
