  • Luc Simard (born July 29, 1950, in Granby, Quebec) is a retired Canadian left winger. He played junior hockey for the Trois Rivieres Maple Leafs and the Trois Rivieres Ducs from 1967 to 1970. He won the Jean Béliveau Trophy in 1969-70 as the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League's leading scorer. The Toronto Maple Leafs chose him 64th overall in the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft but Simard never played for them. He turned pro in 1970 with the Jacksonville Rockets and the Des Moines Oak Leafs. Simard played in the minor pros until his retirement in 1976.
