In the four years (2001 - 2005) with UAH Keith score 21 goals, had 26 assists in 130 games. Between the years of 1999 - 2001 Keith played junior hockey for the St. Louis Sting, Cleveland Barons, Danville Wings all of the North American Hockey League (NAHL). Together Keith aquired 24 goals, 57 assists and 367 PIM in 107 games. Keith signed with his first professional team the Amarillo Gorillas of the Central Hockey League (CHL) playing in the 2005 CHL Playoffs scoring 1 goals and 4 assists in 7 games. Keith continued to play with the Gorillas for 3 more seasons (2005 - 2008) in 187 games scoring 28 goals and recording 52 assists. Also aquired 318 penalty minutes, 7 powerplay goals, 20 powerplay assists and 3 game-winning goals. Keith was captain for the Gorillas in 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons. On June 3, 2008 it was annouced that Keith signed with the Huntsville Havoc of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL)for the 2007-08 Season.
