The greatest NBA defenders are often construed with being dirty. Take for example, Bruce Bowen or Raja Bell. Browen has always been known for a tough in your face defense that aggravates even the best offensive minded players in the NBA. On the other hand, Raja Bell has had numerous feuds with scoring guru Kobe Bryant however, that's just how the game is played.
