| abstract | - Interestingly enough, although they do hunt pirates and collect their bounties, they operate and act in a way themselves that would suggest that they are actually pirates. Their captain and leader is Saiza, who is also known as the Spiky Hurricane. The group was founded by Saiza who has a personal grudge against Phenom which has not yet been revealed in Reach For The Sky. Even though they do hunt and capture smaller pirate crews to make a living and increase their reputation, their main goal that they are dedicated towards is tracking down Phenom and his crew and making them pay for their crimes. While at first they were original antagonists against the Crimson Wing Pirates who tried to collect the bounty on Rio's head, they ended up becoming one of their greatest allies; with their leader exchanging cups of sake with Rio . Due to them being bounty hunters, it is assumed that they do not have bounties on their heads; but it was stated by Nanami that from their actions against the World Government, they would most likely have a bounty over 50 million. The ship they use to sail around and catch pirates is called the "Brave".
