It was also create to establish limits on how much upgrading could be done to the human genome. These include: 1. * Repairing genome to correct inherited diseases or maladies. 2. * Lifespan expansion. 3. * Cosmetic changes i.e. changing eye or hair color or even gender. 4. * Adaption to a planetary environment.

  • The Eugenics Control Act was created to prevent the unethical use of genetic research. It established guidelines on what was acceptable research and created a regulatory organization, the ECB, to oversee such research. It was also create to establish limits on how much upgrading could be done to the human genome. These include: 1. * Repairing genome to correct inherited diseases or maladies. 2. * Lifespan expansion. 3. * Cosmetic changes i.e. changing eye or hair color or even gender. 4. * Adaption to a planetary environment. The Act also outlawed certain adaptions that included: 1. * Upgrading a human being to what could be "superhuman". 2. * Upgrades intended for military purposes(supersoldiers) 3. * Creation of biological robots(bioroids). This last one was created to prevent the possible creation of a slave race, that could possibly have no legal rights or status.
