The Fleet of Conquest and the IERS Revolution launch all Type-25 Troop Transports. Tsingtao II Emergency Services order an evacuation of all civilians, civilians start heading for the spaceports. The Fleet of Conquest begins glassing cities and sensitive military targets, all communications break down as Covenant ships destroy satellites and the Silent Antagoniser emits radar and radio-jamming signals, first evac shuttles leave Tsingtao II's atmosphere but are destroyed by the Covenant fleet, further escaping shuttles in the proximity of the Covenant fleet are ordered to head for the other side of the world and escape. Spirit dropships drop shock troops to take sensitive military targets before the main force arrives, the UNSC and Tsingtao System Civilian Army commanders are evacuated for Tsingtao III, McKeiran airbase, the largest on the planet falls to the shock troops, Covenant and IER forces spread throughout the planet. Organised resistance is impssible, thE UNSC defence plan is in a shambles as all UNSC forces split into squads and fight their own battles, a recall is not possible due to the Silent Antagoniser. There is a glimer of hope as a UNSC fleet arrives in the system, it's a close battle but the Fleet of Conquest just manages to win, the IERS Revolution and the Silent Antagoniser are all that remains of the fleet.. A few of the remaining Shortswords commence an attack on an IERA (Independence from Earth Rebellion Army) vehicle base, destroying 37 of the 100 M808B2 Scorpion tanks owned by the IER Covenant and IERAF aircraft attack a UNSC forward scout base in reprisal. A group of SPARTAN-IIs attack an IERA base, destroying the base and the Iera's remaining Scorpions. A force of no less than 50 Scarabs and 200 Locusts bombard the UNSC's main base, upon its destruction forces fan out to quell remaining resistance. All remaining UNSC forces surrender, Covenant control the planet and make preparations for the Battle of Tsingtao III.
