abstract | - A rather simple jutsu, which apparently served no purpose in battle on it's first appearance. After the required hand seals are performed, a small orb of water is created in the user's palm, which soon divides into many small water bodies, reminiscent of actual rain drops. During it's first use, Murasaki used it to water the plans in the Mizukage building, while he was feeling bored. However, during a later battle, it was seen how, in combination with his Freezing Presence Technique, Murasaki can turn this simple D-rank jutsu into a lethal weapon. By freezing the drops and controlling them, he can then proceed to use them as bullets. This leaves him with a very dangerous weapon requiring very little chakra, and it's this combination Sakaki claims what makes Murasaki so strong.
