| abstract | - Ryunosuke is a calm and quiet individual who would dedicate himself to whatever He had at hand. As a child, he was more gentle despite his natural talent for combat and unique abilities which made him the strongest of his Village, as seen from him not wanting to hurt others he had no involvement with, and his interest in flowers. He is calm and collected under the most dire of circumstances, leading both his crew and allies to confide in him. However, his stoic demeanor can irritate his companions since he responds to their throughts with sighs or grunts. By his own admission, Jin has spent most of his time focusing on improving his skills and almost no time at all on cultivating friends. This lack of companionship means that he values Their friendship, and seems genuinely saddened when they have to part ways. Although the they annoy him on occasion, he is often willing to take on an extremely deadly opponent alone in order to allow them to escape. Ryu also seems annoyed by those who use their martial arts skills to oppress people, especially those who proclaim that they are doing it in service of The Greater good( World Government). He will often remark that their is no Greater good in serving cruel tyrant's. When Ryu was 19, his Foster father Dustin Token told him that he was going to have him join The Marines. When Ryu opposed His Choice stating that he was going to be a pirate, Dust not liking the answer attacked and tried to kill him in the name of the greater good. However, Ryu instead killed Dustin and fleed the Village. Throughout his Adventures he is hunted by his former Friend's From the village as well as several other Marine who wish to kill him and make a name for themselves. When Fighting or on the run, he can be found in a cool area of the ship(Back Deck) reading or just watching the sea from the Crow's Nest.
