| Biography | - Tru Cheek is a former NASCAR driver from Sylmar, CA. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
His first race came in 1971, when Cheek debuted at Riverside. Starting 32nd in the field of forty, Cheek didn't last long in the race due suspension failure, but still managed to land a respectable 24th place finish.
Cheek's other race came in 1972, returning to Riverside. Cheek didn't fare any better in the event, starting 30th and finishing 36th after engine failure twelve laps in.
