One fleet vanished in slipspace First battle of Fracture- When one of the fleets sent to investigate Fracture, Keyes group led by the UNSC Jacob keyes (Fracture), they stumbled upon a planet occupied by the Covenant Remnant (Fracture). A battle known as the First battle of Fracture soon followed, and the UNSC lost with one ship making it out, the Jacob Keyes which slipspace jumped to an uknown location. This was not an investigation mission anymore.
