Foto was given this blade by his uncle in Gnomeragan and told it would keep him safe. Foto and scan travelled to far away places away from gnomeragan running into Syvarris and having him "borrow" it for a while. Sy was 60 at this point and has "forgotten" to return it Stung glows in the presence of Spiders over six inches big and in the presence of cheese. Stung is Syvarris's weapon when he's off duty
