| abstract | - KIM, Soon-bae ( - November 21, 2014) was a student of Byung In Yoon at what became Chang Moo Kwan. Yoon became missing-in-action during the Korean war. After the war, two of Yoon's senior students - Nam Suk Lee and Kim Soon Bae - reopened the school at the YMCA. Kim went on to represent the Chang Moo Kwan in the committee that developed the Palgwae, Yudanja, and Taegeuk forms. Kim was also the lead editor for Kukkiwon's Taekwondo Textbook.
