It is one of the oldest of the boundless fist fighting style orginlly having 103 movements used in training to focus the power of the yang within. The the addition of yang release and great control of it some students are taught an advanced form which draws on the life-giving properties of yang chakra. By focusing the chakra through their body the students are able to increase the strength, speed, and reaction time of their body for a short period of time. This ability has become known as an "Enhanced Form". This style also has a second form that includes faster movements and weapon training. When using the seconded from the user starts off by saying "Yang Style Second Stance".
