  • Monsoon Creation Technique
rdfs:comment
  • The first method relies upon the presence of clouds or moisture within the air which will act as a medium for the ninjutsu. These conditions are expanded upon through the incorporation of Monsoon-themed chakra, which ultimately results in the manifestation of a storm characterized by torrential precipitation, swift winds, and the presence of natural lightning. This method is extremely less taxing upon the chakra reserves, as the user does not need to create a complete storm from literally nothing. On the other hand, the second method is extremely taxing upon the chakra reserves, as the user has to commit at least twice the amount of energy to the task of creating a storm than with pre-existing conditions. The end result, however, is exactly the same.

abstract
Once created, the storms behave as if they were formed by nature itself and can remain in place for several minutes, even hours. The size, range, and power of a produced storm ultimately depends upon the amount of pre-existing conditions available and the chakra committed to their creation. It is noted that this ninjutsu can double as a sensory technique, as the storms and their precipitation are characterized by the user's chakra. Furthermore, due to this fact, opponents cannot tap into these storms for usage in ninjutsu which rely upon natural lightning and the like.
