Following a massively popular show at the 1987 Dildomania festival, headlined by the Wiggles, the then-underground group landed a deal with the Hardcore Punk/Heavy Metal label Boner Records in 1988, however, the band chose to continue recording in Drew Pickles' basement. Barney stated, "The basement is better because shitty moldy places make us really really horny for gay buttsex". It would be their last EP before recording their seminal debut, Buttsex Overload, the following year. It contains the songs "Dildis (Up The Bum)", "Homo Punks", "We're All Gay For Each Other", and "Gay Sex In Kmart". All four songs were written in the late 1970s, during the Poopy Faggots era, but weren't played until the first Sexy Sexy Dildis concert in 1984.
