Raphael, having recieved word of the siege of Kashyyyk, his forces joined those of the Federation, who was, unlike Dark Reach, not aggressively expanding, as such, the Galactic Arbiters joined the Federation on Kashyyyk and eventually helped drive off Dark Reach.
