Shredder hired the three mercenaries after the rest of the Foot Clan is wiped out by tribal warriors. Psonic has the power to create "psi-sonic" weapons, which are always fashioned after musical instruments. While Cyberius and Shredder were locating the exact spot in which the mystical energies of the Turtle Constellation would be transferred to the Green Talisman, Psonic and T.K.O. went to Tibet to retrieve the Talisman's final piece. Whilst battling for the Talisman's final piece, Raphael knocks out Psonic with a sai hilt to the chin.
