First known as Viridian Marauders, the crew name was changed to Synergy on September 13th 2005. When the flag Synergy was created, the name of the crew was changed once again to what it is now. Crew colors were originally purple and white. When purple became an extra doubloon to purchase, crew colors changed to accomodate everyone's budget. Crew colors are now violet/white for crew and violet/grey for officers. On January 30, 2006, Zoekaerhian stepped down from captaincy of this crew and Reenie was elevated into that position. Zoekaerhian continues to be active in the crew from her new position of Senior Officer.
* CABIN PERSON: Just ask any officer, though we will reject yer application if ye show inappropriate behaviour.
* PIRATE: Ye must have at least 2 broad marks in the piracy puzzle and show that ye are able to listen to orders.
* OFFICER: Ye must have broad marks in all of the duty puzzles and have a standing of respected or better in at least 3 of them and no more than one able. Ye must also go through basic officer training and test. Officers will only be allowed to lead pillages under the suppervision of their mentor and to use their own ships to move commodities and mem routes.
* FLEET OFFICER: Ye must have broad marks in all of the duty puzzles and have a standing of master or better in at least 3 of them and no more than one able. In addition, ye must have proven yer loyalty to the crew, earned the captain's trust and go through advanced officer training and test. Fleet Officers will be allowed to lead pillages on their own.
* SENIOR OFFICER: It takes special qualities to be a senior officer, do not ask to become one, if the captain thinks ye are fit for the position, it will be offered to ye.
* CAPTAIN: Don't even think about it.
