Dominicka used the military to drive peaceful people away from the planet. This angered Leonn, who at the time was living elsewhere. Leonn decided to bring his family, the House of Mitth, back into Chiss politics so that he could eventually put an end to Dominicka's violent methods. Once Leonn fell into favor with the then Aristocra Dominicka, he began to criticize him by bringing up the fact that he was not following the laws of his own people. Leonn used this as leverage to rally the Chiss to his side and eventually oust the tyrant Chiss. Once in power Aristocra Leonn wasted not time to celebrate his new position. He immediately began to mend ties with factions that the previous ruler was not on good terms with. He formed ties with other factions in the process. Aristocra Leonn also sold Chiss weaponry to two other governments as well for the first time. Over time more Chiss came out of hiding and wished to join the Ascendancy.
