Ryan recognizes asparagus and pecans, and Jenny identifies cheddar cheese. Neither guesses chicken correctly, leaving the Kristy and the Backyard Gang team ahead by a single point. Then Micheal and Candace go head-to-chealhead. Candace is able to correctly name fried egg white, beets, and romaine lettuce, while Micheal fails to identify the lettuce but was able to correctly name fried egg white and beets, tied the score 5-5. Then, Isabella and Zac A. are next. They started with ox tongue, but both guess pork. Next are scallops, which Isabella gets. Zac A. misses his second when he says liver. Third is Caesar dressing, which Isabella also gets. Zac A. again whiffs, this time by guessing vinaigrette. Lastly, is hamburger, which Zac A. gets. Isabella gets it wrong when she guesses filet making the score 7 for Phineas's team and 6 for Kristy's team. Phineas and Melissa are the final pair to compete, and Zac K announces that he will change the rules for this final round. Each contestant will taste an entire prepared dish, and receive one point for each correct ingredient they can identify in the dish. They each have 10 guesses to get as many correct ingredients that they can. Each contestant is blindfolded, and given samples of Zac K minestrone soup. Melissa names three ingredients correctly when she identifies chicken stalk, carrots, and celery, although Phineas secures the victory for his team when he names beans, bacon, celery and wins it for his team ahead by one point.
