In Tag Sale - You're It!, Phantom Limb mentions that he'd heard that the Monarch and then Dr. Girlfriend were about to break out. When Dr. G. wished to know how he came buy this information, Limb admitted he'd heard it from Tiny Eagle. Later, Tiny Eagle makes his first actual appearance in Powerless in the Face of Death, where he intercepts one of the Monarch's message-carrying butterflies and delivered the news to Phantom Limb. In Pomp and Circuitry, a shelf of files with his name on it can be seen among the others in The Guild of Calamitous Intent's record archives.
