  • Frank F. Moore (15 November 1880 – 28 May 1924) was an early twentieth-century stage and screen actor who played significant roles in L. Frank Baum's Oz dramatizations. Moore had the role of the Shaggy Man in the successful 1913 stage production of The Tik-Tok Man of Oz. He also appeared in the movies of the Oz Film Manufacturing Company — The Patchwork Girl of Oz (he took the role of Unc Nunkie) and The Magic Cloak of Oz. Moore played the title role in His Majesty, the Scarecrow of Oz; he also appeared in the film adaptation of The Last Egyptian (he played Lord Roane).

He died at the relatively young age of 43.
