While dining out at Boobers, Hayley meets an old friend who connects her with some other friends and they agree to go out. But at the Skylark Bar, she finds she doesn't have a fake ID to get in and is dumped. Going to see Steve who is a master at making realistic fake IDs, she talks to him about getting one and after her friend's IDs fail to pass muster, they go to him as well. Despite his initial reluctance, she convinces him of the perks and they go into business. However, Roger's persona of Kevin Ramage shows up to assert himself but they blow him off.

At the CIA, Bullock complains to Stan about the fake IDs flooding town and puts him on the case. At home while counting their cash, Stan tells Steve and Hayley of the investigation and Steve wants to stop despite Hayley's assurances that everything will be alright. Stan goes undercover as a teen girl to get an ID but gets carried away and forgets his intention. Four days later, he gets a lead and closes in. Hayley tries to warn Steve but he almost fails to get the message. Stan finds Steve tied up in the back of Jeff's van pretending to have been kidnapped and Stan falls for it as Hayley succeeded in contacting Steve. As Steve and Hayley discuss fooling Stan, Roger arrives to suggest they share their business but he is turned down. Stan shares his leads with Klaus and despite being close, fails to connect the facts. While checking on some customers, Hayley bumps into her friends outside of the "Gaza Strip" strip club, and as they laugh at Steve, Hayley passes herself off as the brains of their partnership. Steve overhears this and approaches Roger about his partnership offer for respect. Steve tells off Hayley and takes off with Roger. Hayley and her friends pass by the van and Hayley jumps out to check on things, finding out that they are getting into passport forgery with an Armenian crime cartel. Hayley calls Stan to send him to save Steve after they are betrayed. Stan nearly discovers Steve is the counterfeiter and Hayley takes the blame and is arrested as Roger flees in the van, running down the Armenians in the process. In jail, Hayley apologies to Steve who passes himself off as a lawyer and provides a forged ID freeing her as well. On his way out, Steve gets to inspect more boobs from the other prison girls.
