| abstract | - Arnolfo Munoz de la Cruz is the self-styled Honorable Alcade y Sheriff – "the Honorable Mayor and Sheriff" – of the Ciudad de los Personas Perdidos barrio in Mexicali, Baja California. He reported Fernal Gutierrez-Llosa missing in December of 1992, and was visited by LAPD detective Harry Bosch and State Judicial Police investigator Carlos Aguila on 28 December 1992. With Bosch and Aguila, Munoz notified Gutierrez's wife of her husband's death.
