  • Kaoru and Aoi encounter a severe frost. Aoi's father forces Aoi to return home in an attempt to separate her from Kaoru forever!
  • Kaoru goes to visit the photo club after not going to it for a while. It seems that things are in chaos and they have always been that way. As Kaoru watches what goes on he thinks about a girl named Tina who left to travel abroad. Low and behold Tina pops up behind Kaoru and greets him and everyone else in a special way. Now it is time to party, but will the results of this party break the bonds between Kaoru and Aoi?
  • Mayu, who comes from a wealthy family, convinces Kaoru to come to her house for dinner. Kaoru informs Aoi of this though he neglects to tell Aoi that his friend is a female. Then Mayu convinces Kaoru to spend the night at her house since she's there alone. Again, Kaoru calls but doesn't let Aoi know that his friend is female. However, when Taeko lets it slip that she was surprised Kaoru's friend would kiss him like that and that the friend was female, Aoi is suddenly worried.
  • A trip to the zoo for Kaoru becomes a day with Tina followed by a drunken night in a love hotel. Will Aoi really believe they simply fell asleep?
  • Things are going fine in the cottage, until Tina brings home a ferret. Now the battle is on between Miyabi and the ferret. The ferret first steals Miyabi's favorite pen, and then it also finds Taeko's missing button. However, Miyabi locks herself in her office, annoyed, and answers to no one. The ferret sits outside the office door, waiting on Miyabi to come out. When she doesn't, it tries to get to her by climbing up on top of a grandfather clock, next to the office door, but falls behind it. Now it is a life or death situation for the ferret, will Miyabi help the others to save the ferret?
  • Chika tricks Kaoru into taking a bath with Taeko.
  • Everyone goes to the beach where Kaoru discovers that everyone but Aoi has worn a sexy swimsuit to attract his attention.
  • Tina shows the group photos taken before she left. Aoi finds a picture of Kaoru and asks to keep it. The next day Aoi thinks about Kaoru and his school life while shopping. When she gets home she hears on TV about a food that Tina has been talking about. She goes out and buys it then goes to Kaoru's school to find him so they can eat it together. She gets lost and to make matters worse Tina spots her but can't get to her. Now Kaoru must hunt down Aoi. Can he find her on such a large campus?
  • Miyabi and Aoi leave for a day leaving Kaoru in charge of the house. To make things worse Taeko is dragged off by, Suzuki and Satō, the two guys from the photo club. Now Tina and Kaoru are left, but will a storm cause some unexpected incidents?
  • Taeko is a clumsy girl who can't do anything right. Because of this she was fired from her last job and ends up at the cottage. Under much pressure Miyabi hires Taeko, but her clumsiness continues. Can Aoi help Taeko before Miyabi fires her?
  • Mayu's mother designed a new summer dress and sent it to her daughter. And what better opportunity would there be to wear that but on a date with Kaoru? So Mayu, being the girl she is, visits the Sakuraba mansion and asks Kaoru out for a date, right in front of all other inhabitants.
  • Chika interrogates every inhabitant of the Sakuraba mansion about their feelings towards Kaoru, causing embarrassing situations throughout the whole episode.
  • Despite Chizuru's swimming skills, Chika, Natsuki and Chizuru are nominated as the relay team for "The Eighteenth District Swimming Competition". Which means that each member has to swim at least twenty-five meters. Ironically, Tina Foster will become their swimming coach in preparation for the competition.
  • Chika visits the tenants, and ends up learning the meaning of family.
  • "Speaking of Dreams" is a short 5-minute bonus episode that shows what the character's past and current dreams for the future are.
  • Aoi has some hidden talents, some that she saves just for Kaoru and others that she uses to save the college festival!
  • Chika invites two of her classmates, Natsuki and Chizuru, to visit her home at the Sakuraba mansion, where she "lives together with a guy".
  • When Aoi was a child her grandmother wore a kimono that Aoi loved and told her that she would have someday. Aoi would walk through the cherry blossoms hand in hand with her grandmother. Aoi's grandmother also tells her that her husband loved the kimono and one day her husband would love it to if his love was true.Kaoru asked Aoi to go shopping with him. Aoi decided to wear the inherited kimono since she knows they will be alone together. Kaoru tells her that he loves the kimono which brings tears to her eyes and her love for him grows.
  • Autumn has arrived, and three guests at the Sakuraba mansion are about to leave for the holidays. And Tina is making lots of photographs with her brand-new digital camera to show them to her parents. But all things are not what they seem...
  • Kaoru invites Aoi to visit someone special, she finds herself being introduced to Kaoru's mother's grave as someone important in his life.
  • Tina hears strange noises from an unoccupied area above her room. Could this be a ghost? The inhabitants of the Sakuraba mansion are going to find out today, led by their expert for supernatural phenomena, who happens to be Taeko.
  • Kaoru begins to get used to Aoi being around. She cooks, cleans, and even waits for him at the subway station. The only problem is Kaoru doesn't know what to do since he has never had a girlfriend before. The even bigger problem comes at bath time. What has Kaoru gotten himself into?
  • Most of the inhabitants expect Tina to return soon from her trip home to America, only Kaoru and Aoi have seen the paper that Tina left at her door, and Aoi seems to miss Tina the most. But finally, when they were about to give up on their friend, the Enishi of the Sakuraba mansion shows its power...
  • As Aoi and Kaoru talk Kaoru becomes ill and faints. He seems to have gotten sick from running through the rain to meet Aoi and has a high fever. Back at Kaoru's room Aoi takes care of Kaoru. While she is tending to him she notices the scars on Kaoru's back, which serve as a reminder of the Hanabishi family. Will this tear Aoi and Kaoru apart or bring them closer together?
  • Tanabata is more than just hanging written wishes on a wreath at the Sakuraba Mansion: It also happens to be Aoi's birthday! After suggesting that they throw a big bash, Kaoru starts working extra hours to buy Aoi an outfit he sees on display at a clothing store. But since this gives him little time for leisure, the birthday girl almost believes he doesn't care about her anymore. And just when it seems Kaoru's hard work has gone to waste, both he and Aoi are in for a pleasant surprise.
  • Chika tries to learn playing tennis for some forthcoming sports event; Miyabi has been a good tennis player some time ago and volunteers to teach her.
  • When Aoi falls ill, everyone at the Sakuraba mansion falls apart trying to fill her shoes with the necessary household chores.
  • Professor Itsuki is thankful for Kaoru's work in his institute and makes a present of two tickets for a sea trip to Yokohama. Professor Itsuki insists on taking his "girlfriend" there. However, since all of the female tenants except Aoi are away and busy, this is Kaoru's chance to finally spend time alone with Aoi.
  • All the girls compete on spending time together with Kaoru. But when they hear that the poor and tired boy has a deadline to keep for finishing an important report at grad school, they now try to "help" him in different ways. Only after Aoi saved Kaoru from another of these "attacks" and scolded the girls for preventing Kaoru from working, they leave him alone. But when the report is finally finished, this is an event to be celebrated.
  • The photo club puts on a show with Tina and Taeko wearing outfits to draw attention. To this event comes Mayu, a girl who has been living in England and has returned to go to this college at 16. Seeing Kaoru, her mood improves and she flings herself at him and kisses him on the lips. Tina and Taeko are stunned by this.
  • It's summer holiday time for Kaoru, and Tina wants out for a trip, together with the rest of the inhabitants of the western style house. So they all are out on the road this time, even Mayu in the end. Miyabi drives in one car, while Taeko drives in another. However, Taeko has a few troubles of her own. Upon arrival, everyone enjoys a nice bath in the hot springs, gathers for a barbecue, and participates in party games. But something unexpected happens for Aoi.
  • Kaoru desperately tries to stop Aoi from coming in to scrub his back, but she does anyway. While trying to get Aoi to get out Kaoru slips knocking them both to floor and ends up grabbing Aoi's breast by accident causing Aoi to scream. As if things can't get worse a woman bursts in the room and sends Kaoru flying. Who is this woman and what connection does she have with Aoi?
  • Aoi has never visited a spa resort before, so everyone, even Chika's friends, takes the chance to do so, where they have a lot of fun in the spa resort. This is a good opportunity for them to think and talk about important things as well.
  • It is trip time for the photo club and they want Aoi to join them on a trip to a hot spring. Ironically it is the same one she wanted Kaoru to go to with her. When the photo club gets there Taeko gets them hopelessly lost, but they find the hotel they are staying and all things are going well until they find out their reservations are for next year. Thanks to Aoi the group gets a room and the fun begins. Later on it is time for the newest member of the photo club to be initiated in the group. What will Taeko have to do to become a full member of the photo club?
  • Miyabi and Kaoru drive back to the Sakuraba to meet with Aoi again so that they can take her back. But Kaoru will have to go through Aoi's father first.
