| abstract | - Masayuki Izumi (泉 政行 Izumi Masayuki) played Yuji Kiba in Kamen Rider 555. He originally auditioned for the part of Takumi Inui/Kamen Rider Faiz. Ironically, Masayuki Izumi would still get to be Faiz, as Yuji became Faiz at one point in the series. He later had a cameo as Baba in Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace. On July 28, 2015, Izumi passed away from a sickness that was ailing him. He was 35 years old. Due to the wishes of Masayuki, his acting agency, as well as his friends and family to keep the status of his health and ailment private, and as such, the exact cause of his failing health which led to his death may possibly never be revealed to the public.
